Description of the Courses: SWIMMING (0,75 km, start - finishcourse): Lake Jordán. Start: 300 m to the right from the swimming finish line Start mechanism: beachmass start or starting dive from a stage (depends on the achal weather conditions) Finish: 100 m bellow the transition area. The track is marked by buoys. Followed by a 100m hill up run in thetransition area on the T.G. Masaryk square (Race Center). BIKE (20 km, 2 laps per 10 km): Undulating and technical course mostly in thetown, fully closed. Local communications - direction: Chotoviny - Mladá Vožice and back. The track is marked by yellow arrows. RUN (5 km, 3 laps per 1,66 km): Flat Down circuit. The circuit is completely marked by lime line up to the finish line on the T.G. Masaryk square. Start Place: 400 m from the T.G.Masaryk square, see details of the courses Refreshment Station: During the race: available in each of running laps. Served will bewater and other refreshment depending on the weather conditions.
