Parks & Recreation Renewal Program!

The Renewal Program is a parks & recreation improvement program that supports a healthy, vibrant community. This exciting program for resource maintenance & system renewal has been championed by the Parks & Recreation Commission & led by passionate community members. In recent years, community representatives have brought a wealth of knowledge, strong community connections & thoughtful insight to the parks & recreation master plan process & the Parks & Recreation Renewal Program. For more information please contact Lonnie Brokke at 651-792-7101

Roseville Parks & Recreation is proud to be recognized as one of four Minnesota agencies & 98 agencies nationwide to have earned accreditation from the Commission of Accreditation of Park & Recreation Agencies. Roseville was one of the original eight organizations nationwide to achieve accreditation in 1994. Roseville has been reaccredited in 1999, 2004 & 2009.

The Parks & Recreation Renewal Program is the result of extensive community engagement. As we begin to make things happen in our parks, the parks & recreation staff will continue to involve residents and stakeholders to further understand your desires and concerns for park improvements in the community. We encourage you to get involved or better yet, stay involved; • Included is a list of upcoming neighborhood & community meetings, all community members are welcome to participate in any of these sessions. •

Everyday, Parks & Recreation staff strive to create community through people, parks and programs. In 2012, Parks & Recreation successfully implemented new programs, events & efficiencies within its scope of operation following the adopted budget & without compromising service & quality.
