On the palate, the attack is generous, ample and silky, with a mid-palate that is dense and powerful yet mouth-filling. The finish is nevertheless soft and fruity, ending on a peppery note.
Fermented in 100% new oak and aged for 18 months. Finely constructed, hedgerow fruits showing very well, supported by fine elegant tannins and a well defined structure.
