REFLEX MYLAR TEMPLAT TEMPLATE E INSTRUCTIONS Step 1:

Remove the mylar from the tube and tape to the surface being traced. If non-skid texture is present, trace along edge using the marker provided, staying as close and straight to the edge as possible. This is critical to the overall mat pattern. If non-skid texture is NOT present, simply trace the desired pattern.

Step 2:

If teak lines is your desired pattern, see page 2 for instructions.

Step 3:

Identify the top side of the traced mylar, as well as all cut outs, hinges, and latches. Number each part individually on the mylar. Please see page 2 for Teak Line alignment for proper direction.

Step 4:

It is important to take a photo of the traced mylar pattern in your boat before removing. You may either: 1. Print the photo and include in the shipping tube with the mylar pattern; or 2. Email the photo with your dealer name, address and contact information to: [email protected]

Step 5:

Once finished, roll the mylar sheet up and place it in the shipping tube along with the designated completed forms. Affix the enclosed prepaid shipping label to the outside of the shipping tube and drop it off at a local UPS location.

If no font style is listed, letters will be in “block” form. Your logo will be a maximum size of 16” in length. Not all logos are suitable for cutting. If that is the case, or your logo is unavailable, you will be contacted to discuss options.

If non-skid texture is NOT present, simply trace the desired pattern.

Step 2:

Identify the top side of the traced mylar, as well as all cut outs, hinges, latches and snap locations. Number each part individually on the mylar. Leave all mylar in full sheet form after tracing.

Step 3:

Mark all snap locations on the mylar parts for snap count only. We will include the designated number of caps and sockets (snaps) for the carpet kit. The customer will be responsible for installing the snaps to assure a proper fit to the screw stud currently in the fiberglass.

Step 4:

It is very important to take a photo of the traced mylar pattern in the boat before removing. You may either: 1. Print the photo and include in the shipping tube with the mylar pattern; or 2. Email the photo along with the dealer name, address and contact information to: [email protected]

Step 5:
