PACKAGES FOR EUROSKILLS 2016
This document shows all available packages for EuroSkills 2016. Initially there is information about the different components in the packages and then follows the content and price for each package category respectively. We strive to have packages that satisfy the needs for each group type in the best possible way. Meetx will manage all package and group registrations. Hotel Panorama, within walking distance from the venue (Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre/Hotel Gothia Towers) Accreditation pass, welcome kit and other documentation will be managed within the Gothia Hotel reception area
Transfer –
There will be a shuttle service to and from Landvetter International airport and Gothia Towers/Korsvägen. The hotel will be within walking distance from Gothia Towers/Korsvägen

CANCELLATION POLICY •
•
Between July 2 and September 29 2016 5% of the total cost of the packages per country ordered by July 2 can be changed/cancelled with no charge. Changes and cancellations over 5% of the total cost of the packages per country will be charged with 100%. From September 30 2016, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation or changing fee.
Please note that from July 2 there is an administrative changing fee of 250 SEK incl. VAT per change.

HOW TO REGISTER PACKAGES Meetx is handling the registration process of packages via their online registration form. One coordinator per country registers all the packages. You will receive a list from Meetx that shows the total registrations per country. In this list you can see the actual status on your registrations and also access the registration system to make changes. Contact details to Meetx:

You register each type of package category separately according to the list and links below. You can register as many packages as you wish per time, one or more. When registering, the package sum will be divided into package fee and hotel fee. Please note that there is an administrative changing fee of 250 SEK incl. vat per change (adding personal details are the exception).
Invoicing • A final invoice will be sent after July 1 when deadline for registering packages are due. • An additional invoice will be sent after September 29 deadline. • From September 29 only credit card payment is possible and will be debited ongoing.
HOTEL BOOKING FOR PACKAGES You can make a choice between single room or part in twin room when registering the packages. Please note that you can only select part in twin room if you have 2 people to put together in the room within the same type of package (if not you will be charged a single rate for the room).
A completed rooming list will be needed from you approximately 4 weeks before the start of the EuroSkills Competition. Meetx, the organisation coordinating the accommodation part of the packages will contact you directly about this.
