High-concentration ozone generators High capacity ozone generators for disinfection applications where ozone concentration of 5 ppm and more is required. Some models are capable of producing ozone at 10 ppm and higher.

SOZ-HS ozone generators for brackish water These models can be used for disinfection or oxidation for high salinity/brackish water. Because ozone is a strong oxidizing agent, it can be effectively used for bleaching, color and odor control, disinfection, reducing ammonia concentration, oxidation of organic matter or toxic compounds, and many other applications. Conventional disinfectants, like chlorine, leave residuals in the water and can cause the formation of DBPs, which is not always desirable in environmentally sensitive areas and industries. On the other hand, ozone quickly degrades to oxygen, leaving no trace in the effluent. That is why it’s widely used in agriculture, hydroponics, fisheries, and sewage treatment prior to discharging into surface water.

Portable water ozonator Overview This device can be used for water disinfection with ozone. It kills bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens, producing safe and clean water.

Ozone injection systems There are two key components needed for effective ozone disinfection. First is the ozone generator, providing stable and reliable ozone flowrate. Second element is the mixing system or injection system. Effective mixing is required to ensure sufficient ozone concentration in the water, needed to kill pathogens or oxidize harmful compounds. It is vitally important to have highly efficient injection system, otherwise the capacity of your ozone generator will not be used completely and target disinfection goal might not be achieved.

Principle - negative pressure injection through a conical device. High pressure pump us often used for the sidestream to increase pressure difference. Our Venturi injectors are made of a strong PVDF plastic to ensure long service life and reliable operation.

Hybrid mixing system design is shown on the diagram below. System consist of 3) Jet mixing chamber (SLW) Principle - combines the efficiency of vacuum venturi injector with simplicity of static mixers. Injector is used to add ozone to the water, then static mixers further split gas bubbles to increase the contact area and to improve mixing efficiency. Allows achieving more than 90% ozone transfer efficiency. When combined with high-capacity SOZ-6G ozone generator, can achieve more than 0.8 - 1.0 mg/L ozone concentrations. For SLW systems we use only ozone resistant materials: main chamber is made of 304/316 stainless steel, other parts, including inner components are made of PVDF or ABS. This approach increases system life time and minimizes the maintenance.

AOW - automatic air dryer Ambient air always contains a certain amount of water and dust particles in it. In humid and/or polluted regions, this gets even more important. After passing through the high-pressure compressor it also becomes polluted with oil mist. Such an air will lower the efficiency of ozone generation, and significantly reduce system service life.
