OXYGEN FOR THE MODERN HOSPITALS

OXYGEN SUPPLY IN HOSPITALS Oxygen is one of the highest consumed components in hospitals. It contributes to one of the major cost for the hospitals.

Currently Oxygen is supplied to hospitals through Cylinders or liquid tank

Airox in collaboration with Airsep Corporation, USA is changing the concept of delivering Oxygen in hospitals by using oxygen generator to deliver oxygen in lieu of Cylinders & Liquid Oxygen.

Airsep is the World’s largest manufacturer of PSA Oxygen system. More than 4000 hospital in nearly 42 countries are currently using Airsep PSA Medical Oxygen System to meet their central pipeline and other oxygen needs. All Generator Manufacturing is done at Buffalo, New York State. In India Airox has orders and installation in more than 80 hospitals in last 2 years.

PSA OXYGEN GENERATION Air contains 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, 1% argon and other gases. PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) is one of several technologies used for separating oxygen from air.

ALL STANDARDS IN PLACE AirSep Corporation is the ONLY PSA oxygen manufacturer that meets the following standards of construction 

ASME VIII ( American Society of Mechanical Engineers)

NEMA ( National Electrical Manufacturers Association)

CE/PED 97/23/EC ( European Standard/Pressure Equipment Directive)

CSA/CRN ( Canadian Standards Association/Canadian Registration Number) NYFD (New York Fire Department)

NRTL-UL 3101.1 ( Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory/Underwriters Lab)

ISO/DIS 10083 (International Organization for Standardization)

USP93XXII ( United States Pharmacopoeia)

EUROPIAN Pharmacopoeia

HTM 2022

FDA Approved We use ISO 8573-1 Class-A Compliant clean & dry compressed feed air package which includes Screw compressor, dryer, complete filtration & air

WHY AIRSEP OXYGEN GENERATOR? Cost Saving: The hospital has a return on investment in a very a short period (from 6 months to 3 years):. System Designed for 24/7 – 365 days continuous use & Airsep have systems operating now for 24 years plus..

No price fluctuation, no surprise: the cost is directly related to real hospital consumption.

The Oxygen Purity from our PSA meets USP(93% +-3%) and is monitored in the system.

WHY AIRSEP OXYGEN GENERATOR? Safety: No more explosion or fire hazards

No Loses: No heat transmission or evaporation losses which happens in liquid oxygen.

Space: Compact system.

Modularity: Broad range of Generators. As per increased consumption additional model can be added.

Remote Monitoring of major parameters

Reliability / Performance: Based on a well-known technology, Our systems are working since 24 years.
