SPA ETIQUETTE AND POLICIES To ensure your spa experience is a relaxing journey, we recommend the following: • It is advisable to arrive at least 60 minutes in advance to make use of the whole facility and for consultation time with your therapists. • Please bring a swimsuit to enjoy our hydrotherapy area. We will provide a towel, slippers and robe for your stay at the spa. • All family members under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted to use the spa hydro facilities. • Your spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. • Cellular phones must be turned off on arrival. • Reserve your preferred treatment times in advance to avoid disappointment, advanced bookings will require a guarantee. • CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING YOUR EXPERIENCE: 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations of individual bookings after which 100% of the treatment will be charged. For group reservations, cancellations should be made 7 days prior to the booking date and time after which 100% of the treatments will be charged for. Should the group reservation be made within the 7 day period, the 100% cancellation policy will apply with immediate effect. • Late arrivals will result in curtailed treatment time, with the full booking price levied. • Gentlemen who are having a facial are advised to shave at least 3 hours before their treatment or preferable the day before.
