Shutters, Lineal Trim or Both? Vinyl shutters are available Paneled or Louvered, while Lineal trims can be provided in vinyl or composite.

Above: A combination of full and partial return overhangs create visual separation and a perfect transition for different cladding options. These are available for any roof pitch.

LOUVERS: Decorative Louvers are available in round and rectangular as shown in these images. Supplied white they can be painted to match any color palette. Right: Azek fascia and trim options take any color paint you may wish to apply. Using a traditional palette will make your home stand out from the crowd.

This expansive built in entertainment center hides any visible marriage wall in the living area and is a high end custom feature available in any of the New Era cabinetry options.

Left: Custom designs can be created to suit your style and needs. This double recessed tray ceiling is created in a 2−story plan to give the appearance of depth.
