Product Shipping Information

Ball Ornamentals offers a tag program for all patented and plant patent applied for products. Tags are shipped within a few weeks of liner arrival at your facility. They are shipped from Horticultural Marketing and Printing Company, who houses all graphics and product information for Ball Ornamentals. You will receive labels for these products automatically unless you follow the procedure for producing your own tags (See Producing Your Own Tags). Costs for most tags are $14/100. A few tags are mandatory with higher associated costs. For all other products, we offer you the opportunity to use your own tags, graphics and company information.

We’ve established a process to make it economical for you to receive plants shipped by palletized and racked systems. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping rates possible, complete with prompt delivery of plants in the best condition possible. For your convenience, we ship via LTL, Common Carrier, FedEx or UPS. We’ve listed options for each of our suppliers from the least (Option 1) to most (Options 2 or 3) expensive.
