COCKTAILS LATIN FASHION The Thief’s special twist on the Old-fashioned cocktail. Ours is b ­ eautifully presented with a large lump of crystal ice; Z ­ acapa 23 aged rum, 2 dashes of dark ­chocolate and a small spoon of Italian bitters. MASTER HENDRICKS Anybody who knows anything about cocktails will tell you that cucumber and pepper are a match made in ­heaven. So with that in mind, we shake up Hendrick’s gin, Martini Rosato, freshly squeezed lemon juice, muddled cucumber and black pepper. We throw in a little cocktail magic to make this drink look amazing, with a white foamy head presented in a frozen coupette glass. NORTHERN LIGHT A large measure of ­Norwegian Linie Aquavit is thrown together with orange cognac and citrus juices. We spice it up with chunks of fresh ginger and juniper, then double strain all the “bits and bobs” to leave you with one of the most delicious, locally inspired drink you will ever taste.
