TCOLE Law Enforcement & Corrections OSS Academy® is a licensed training provider operating under the authority of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement [TCOLE]. From our facilities in Spring, Texas, our TCOLE qualified classroom and firearms instructors provide instructor led training [ILT] in conventional classroom settings, and high quality e-learning courses. OSS Academy® courses completed by Texas peace officers, jailers, and telecommunicators meet TCOLE continuing education unit [CEU] standards, and are reported through TCLEDDS to be included in your TCOLE training record. TCOLE Reporting After successful course completion, your credit hours will be reported within 8 business days by OSS Academy® directly through TCLEDDS, for Texas Commission on Law Enforcement [TCOLE] credit. Be sure to provide your full and correct name and your Texas PID number through the training site before printing the course completion certificate. For instructions, go to FAQs & Technical Support, then search for “How do I input my Texas PID number into the training system?” or "When do you report my TCOLE hours for credit?" Or, the PID number can also be provided through Contact OSS Academy. Generally, Wednesday thru Wednesday course completions are submitted to TCOLE on Friday of each week. Additionally, we will send you a confirmation email when we do submit your course to TCOLE for posting.
