Online Didactic Program Administration Computer/Internet Requirements • • • • •

Registration 1. Please go to the following web address: a. http://fls-online.org/program.php 2. Enter Account Info a. Enter Institution/Program ID & Password (provided in your FLS Packet Cover Letter) b. Click on the “Submit” button

3. After successfully logging in, the FLS Program Administration Panel should appear on your screen

a. If this is your first time logging in, please confirm that your information is correct b. Click on “Update” after making any necessary changes c. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your update was successful

d. Click “OK” to close the message

Creating a User Account Both Individual and Educational package subscribers need to have a User Account. The Username and Password that you will create during this step along with the Institution/Program ID assigned to you in your Information Packet Cover Letter (the same one you used to log into this site), will be required to view the online didactics. 1. Select the “Add User” option from the Program Administration Panel

2. The Add User form appears on your screen

a. Fill out all fields with the new users information User accounts cannot be modified once created, so double-check everything before clicking “Add User” Page 3 of 8

b. Click the “Add User” button at the bottom of the form to create the account c. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your new user was created successfully

d. Click “OK” to close the message 3. After successfully adding a user it will appear in the Users section of the Program Administration home screen (the very first screen that appeared after you logged in) Individual Package subscriber can move ahead to the section, FLS Online Instruction Guide after they’ve created a User Account for themselves (see below or download a copy from http://www.flsprogram.org).

4. Continue to repeat the “Add User” process until all of your users have been added to the system 5. After you’ve created accounts for your users please provide them with the following so they can access the online content: a. Your Institution/Program ID (provided in your FLS Packet Cover Letter) b. Their Username and Password (that you created for them when you set the User up with an account) c. The “FLS Online Instruction Guide” (see below or download a copy from http://www.flsprogram.org/contents-2/) Page 4 of 8

FLS Online Instruction Guide You can start viewing the online didactic material once you receive the Institution/Program ID, Username and Password created for you by your program administrator. Account users are asked to report any difficulties or technical issues to their program administrator. Viewing the Online Content 1. To access the FLS Online didactic content, please go to: http://fls-online.org 2. The FLS intro will load a. You may select the “Skip Intro” button to move straight to the login page at any time

4. After successfully logging in you will be presented with information about CME This information displays once upon first login. To view it again, click on “CME” at the bottom of the FLS learning system 5. After successfully logging into the FLS-Online Learning Module you can begin reviewing the material at your own pace

6. Click “Logout” at the end of each session The system will not keep accurate statistics on time spent on each module if you don’t logout. Tracking a User’s Profile 1. To view a particular user’s progress click on the “Details” link next to their name

a. You will now see a screen with each chapter, and the amount of time spent on each chapter by that user

b. To exit the screen, click the back button in your web browser 2. To download detailed information on all your users to Excel, click on the “Excel” icon under the Users section of the Program Administration home screen
