• Enter your Sign-On ID to sign onto Online Banking and click Enter – Your Sign-on ID was created by you on the application form – You will enter your password on the next screen

• Enter your Password • Press Sign-On to continue the sign on process onto Online Banking – Your Password was created by you on the application form

• Security – Click Continue • First time Users • Occasional Review Security--for your protection: In order to make your online banking experience as secure as

possible we are using a security feature that watches for uncharacteristic or unusual behavior

involving your internet banking access. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will ask

you to verify your identity.

• Security Questions • Click the drop down for each item to select a question

• Type your response (answer the question) in the box below the question • Click Continue.

• Enter contact phone number(s)

• Click Continue

• Enter a new password

• Click Continue

• Accounts Overview Screen – Provides a summary of all accounts you choose to view in Online Banking – Provides options on the top of the screen for Cash Management (Transfers and Bill Pay), Administration (Additional User Setup, Subsidiaries,ACH, Wires), and Service Center (Online Banking controls) – Additional options on the left side of the screen including other options and tools for calculator, note/reminders, and calendar – Click Help on top right for further instructions on a topic

• Account Overview Screen – Click in left column for eStatements • If you are clicking for the first time, enrollment screens will appear • If you are already signed up, you will be directed to the screens to view your eStatements for all of your accounts • If you add an account in the future, simply request that the account be added to Online Banking

• Account Overview Screen – Reports (left column) to run a variety of reports – Alerts setup to stay informed on the status of your money via home/work email and to your cell phone

• Account Overview Screen – Click one of your accounts to display transaction information

Display a list of your transaction activity

• Select another account from the drop down box • Filter or search transactions • Click Export to send transactions to files for use in Quicken/QuickBooks and spreadsheets

• Account Overview Screen – Click Cash Management tab at top to transfer funds between your business accounts or to access Bill Pay

• Click Transfer from one account to another – Transfer money between accounts immediately, scheduled, or recurring – Make a loan payment • Click Payments (left column) or Pay your bills to begin Bill Pay

• Transfer – Follow the prompts to perform your transfer

• Click Service Center along top tab – Messages (left column) displays messages we have sent to you – Alerts (left column) allow you to set up reminders/warnings for Financial and Personal information. You can send Alerts to your email, cell phone, or both



My Profile (left column) allows you to change your password, set up email address and set your security question in case you forget your password



Page Preferences (left column) allows you to customize how your page looks and define categories for transaction types



Stop Payments (left column) allows you to put a stop on a check you have written

• Administration – User Setup to add additional users for your company to help manage online functions – Account Setup to add a new account and authorize users on accounts – Company Setup (Subsidiary setup, User rights, ACH, Wire Transfers – Admin Reports (Review Admin Changes, Business Activity, List Users)

• End your Online Banking Session – Click Sign Out (very top right) – Signs off to the screen on the next page

• Online Banking Sign Off Screen • Close your browser
