SHIMA SEIKI’s new textile printing machine SIPTM-160F3 continues to provide beautiful full color printing on a variety of fabrics, with improvements across the board. Unlike conventional dyeing and printing systems that require long leadtimes for preparing films and plates, SIPTM-160F3 uses advanced piezo inkjet technology and is suited to quick-response small-lot production. Reactive dyes, acid dyes and pigment inks can be used to support different types of print applications. The height-adjustable carriage can be raised or lowered to allow printing on fabrics and products in varying thickness. SIPTM-160F3 is now equipped with a new ink circulation and degassing system. In addition, new features such as a head cleaner with nozzle cleaning and wiping, as well as a thermoregulating system within the ink pipeline help to provide stable printing. Operation is easy through a new, larger 23-inch touch-control monitor.
