This coating offers highly efficient corrosion protection even under extreme conditions (approx. 300℃). In addition, it is a decisive factor for improving efficiency : reducing discharge temperature of the airend, increasing volume flow while decreasing power consumption. ▶ STAINLESS STEEL HIGH PRESSURE STAGE ROTOR The stainless steel HP rotor pair is rust-free from condensed water. ▶ INLET BOLW-DOWN SYSTEM Switching of loading & unloading by oil pressure shortens the entire system cycle, thereby reducing power consumption cost. COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMS
Inlet/Blow down system Movement of inlet on/off valve causes action of blow-down unloading valve. The actuating cylinder of unloading valve is connected to oil system of compressor block. The oil pump is sufficiently sized. (Pneed=2.5bar g, Pposs=25.0bar g) atmosphere

Full loading / No loading mechanism Switching of loading & unloading by oil pressure shortens the system cycle, thereby reducing power consumption cost. Besides, the maintenace is easy and economical with pneumatically operated.
Oil pump The oil pump is driven by driving shaft of airend and delivers oil to actuating cylinder of inlet/blow-down system via oil cooler and oil filter with an optimum volume, thus prolonging the life time of rotors and bearings.
