OFN KPI Scorecard
What is a KPI Scorecard?
It makes it possible to measure performance against set of predefined targets or goals.
20 | Kilde
OFN Mobile KPI Scorecard • • • • •
Common scorecard for all external sales Provides detailed picture at all levels Simple, readily available and always updated Provides trustworthy information Tool that helps sales people monitor and adjust their sales activities according to their targets
21 | Kilde
User adoption of Scorecard solution • Excellent user adoption since the launch • Further increase in usage is expected as new KPIs are added to the scorecard
22
Technology & Architecture
Rationale for the choice of BI tools • Webi vs other front end tools (Dashboards, Design Studio, Crystal reports) – Webi a mature reporting tool – Fulfilled all the scorecard design, functional and technical requirements – Mobile, easy to use, ability to slice and dice
– 100% standard functionality – Makes it possible to expand existing solution – In house competence
• Universe vs BICS – BICS had issue with NO language when reports were drilled down
– Universe adds extra maintenance
24
SAP BI App for iPad (for Webi)
Strengths: • Business enabler • Easy to use • Nice collaboration functions • Makes reports attractive • Continuously improving
25
SAP BI App for iPad (for Webi) Limitations • In continues development
• What you see is what you do not get – Webi reports in SAP BI app have many limitations – Table and column size is adjusted by BI APP – Fonts size is adjusted by BI APP – Some chart types are not supported – Limited chart properties supported – Legends, values on charts etc.
– Input control function should be simpler to use in BI APP – Need to open reports in iPad to test the layout
• Need for design time tool in Webi to simulate iPad layout 26
