Official Rules and Regulations 21 Days of Giveaways JANUARY 3 - JANUARY 23, 2011 OLG Slots & Casinos Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY, CHANCES OF WINNING: 1. This promotion is sponsored by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and is open to residents of Canada and the United States of America, who are Winner’s Circle Rewards (WCR) members and who are 19 years of age or older (excluding self-excluded, trespassed, or archived members), except employees of any of the following: OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), and OLG’s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies. 2. Any personal information provided to or collected the OLG or the Contest Management Agency, including but not limited to entrants’ contact information, is collected pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to conduct and administer the contests by OLG or through a 3rd party Contest Administrator, including but not limited to the awarding of the Prize(s) and referring to such personal information in voice messages or other messages left for a selected entrant, for publicity and advertising purposes, for improving how OLG markets deliver its product(s) to consumers, and to comply with legal requirements. Except as otherwise specified in these Official Rules and Regulations, this promotion takes place at each of the following OLG Casinos: Brantford, Point Edward, Sault Ste. Marie, Thousand Islands, Thunder Bay, and each of the following OLG Slots: Ajax, Clinton, Dresden, Flamboro, Fort Erie, Georgian, Grand River, Hanover, Hiawatha, Kawartha, Mohawk, Rideau Carleton, Sudbury, Western Fair, Windsor, Woodbine, Woodstock (each, a “Site”, and, collectively the “Sites”). 6. Approximately 250,000 Winner’s Circle Rewards members from all membership levels were selected to be informed of this promotion via direct mail piece or email. 7. The only way to be selected for the mailing list is to be an eligible Winner’s Circle Rewards member who satisfies the following criteria: 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4

To be a selected member belonging to the Winner’s Circle Rewards (base level: also known as “Rewards” level) membership level on November 27, 2010; or To be a selected member belonging to the Winner’s Circle Rewards Silver membership level at time of selection on November 27, 2010; or To be a selected member belonging to the Winner’s Circle Rewards Gold membership level at time of selection on November 27, 2010. The eligible member must also have mail or email consent and have a mailable and correct mail address or email address, as determined by OLG. The eligible member must not be self-excluded or trespassed at the time of selection.

OLG will not be responsible for errors in database entries or for mail delivery errors.

Distribution of the 21 Days of Giveaways promotional direct mail piece will commence on or after December 17, 2010. The direct mail piece will be mailed by addressed admail to the selected Winner’s Circle Rewards member at the address contained in OLG’s database records, all as determined by OLG. Selected members, who opted-in to receive email will be informed of this promotion via electronic format and will be emailed on January 3, 2011 to the email address contained in OLG’s database records, all as determined by OLG.

This promotion is open to all active Winner’s Circle Rewards (WCR) members.

11.0

The 21 Days of Giveaways promotion will run at all participating Sites from January 3 to 23, 2011.

12.0

There is only three (3) ways to participate in the 21 Days of Giveaways promotion, as outlined in Rule #14, #21, and #34.

13.0

The promotional weeks for 21 Days of Giveaways are as follows:



Week 1: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, January 3, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, January 9, 2011.



Week 2: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, January 10, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, January 16, 2011.



Week 3: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, January 17, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, January 23, 2011.

Instant Win 14.0

Beginning on January 3, 2011 till January 23, 2011 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., all eligible WCR members may swipe their valid WCR card once daily at the WCR Express kiosk or WCR desk. Eligible members who enter the promotion during the promotional period outlined in Rule 13.0 will be entitled for a chance to win up to one (1) instant prize voucher to be redeemed for a prize per promotional day. Members can win more than one (1) instant prize throughout the promotion, but cannot win more than one (1) prize per day.

Members that receive a winning CVB will be eligible to win one (1) prize by reaching into the prize box at the participating Site and by randomly selecting one (1) promotional prize voucher.

The following number of instant prizes by week per Site listed in the grouping outlined in Rule #16 will be distributed daily.

Members who visit a Site during the promotional period as outlined in Rule 11 and participate in 21 Days of Giveaways, will be have a chance to win one (1) of the following instant prizes. Maximum: one (1) prize per member, per promotional day.

Odds of winning are depended on the number of members who participate in the 21 Days of Giveaways promotion each day.

Weekly Grand Prize Draws 22.0

Beginning on January 3, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening time, which ever comes first), up to and including January 23, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing time, which ever comes first), all eligible WCR members may swipe their valid WCR card at the WCR Express kiosk or WCR desk once daily, to receive one (1) electronic draw entry for the Weekly Grand Prize of that corresponding week. Maximum: one (1) electronic draw entry per member, per promotional day.

23.0

Weekly Grand Prize electronic draw entries will be automatically entered when an active Winner’s Circle Rewards member’s card is scanned at any of the participating Sites.

24.0

As per the Winner's Circle Rewards program rules and regulations (contained within the Winner's Circle Rewards application) any Winner's Circle Rewards card used in this promotion can only be swiped by the named cardholder. The use of any other person's card(s) to obtain an entry will result in any issued entry being null and void and ineligible to win any draws.

The odds of winning a grand prize draws will depend on how many WCR members qualify during the promotional period.

Weekly Grand Prizes consist of the following:

Week 1 – Grand Prize: Ottawa Trip Members who swipe their WCR card once daily from Monday, January 3, 2011 to Sunday, January 9, 2011, are automatically entered into the electronic draw for a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) trips for two (2) to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada from January 29 to 31, 2011 to attend the Brad Paisley concert at Scotiabank Place. 27.1

Each trip prize package has an approximate value of $2,000 CDN.

27.2

The trip prize packages shall consist of the following:     

Transportation from winner’s location of residence to Ottawa, Ontario. Two (2) nights hotel accommodation. Two (2) premium tickets to Brad Paisley concert on January 30, 2011 at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa. Dinner for winner and guest prior to the show. $500 spending money.

27.3

The guest of the winner must be 19 years of age or older.

27.4

OLG is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutes or any act or omission whatsoever by the air/train carries, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. OLG shall not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage.

Week 1 draw will take place at on or after January 11, 2011.

Week 2- Grand Prize: 100,000 Winner’s Circle Reward Points Members who swipe their WCR card once daily from Monday, January 10, 2011 to Sunday, January 16, 2011, are automatically entered into the electronic draw for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) 100,000 Winner’s Circle Reward points prize.

Week 2 draw will take place on or after January 18, 2011.

Week 3 - Grand Prize: Home Entertainment System Prize Package Members who swipe their WCR card once daily from Monday, January 17, 2011 to Sunday, January 23, 2011, are automatically entered into the electronic draw for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) home entertainment system. 29.1

Each entertainment system package has an approximate value of $5,000 CDN.

Selected Grand Prize winners do not have to be in attendance at the time of the Weekly Grand Prize draws in order to win. Attempts will be made to award the selected winners with the respective prize by contacting the selected winners at his/her telephone number (as recorded in the OLG database), from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm or by email (as recorded in the OLG database) for two (2) days (or a period of time as deemed necessary by the Site) following the time that Sites are notified of their winner(s), to arrange a time to visit the WCR desk to claim his/her prize. The selected winner is responsible for returning any telephone or email message left by the WCR representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to win the prize.

31.0

If, at the end of the above mentioned time period, the selected winner has not been contacted or otherwise declared a winner for that prize, he/she will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

32.0

There will be no back-up winners drawn. If the selected winners does not claim the prize within the time limits specified, the prize will not be awarded and OLG has no obligation to award any substitute prizes.

33.0

Weekly Grand Prizes, with the exception of the 100,000 Reward Points prize, must be claimed in person from the Site in which the winner was contacted. In order to claim the prize, the member must present valid government-issued photo identification or his/her valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by OLG) form of valid government-issued non-photo identification.

For winners of 100,000 Winner’s Circle Reward points, the Site may leave a voice message on the member’s answering machine notifying them that he/she has won 100,000 Winner’s Circle Reward points in 21 Days of Giveaways and that the Reward points will be adjusted based on specified date.

Get Spotted Hot Bank/Table Draws: 35.0

Beginning on January 3, 2011 until January 23, 2011, on every promotional day, all active members, as determined by OLG, who are seated at a selected bank of slot machines or a table game (as drawn by the Site), and who has their active WCR card inserted into the slot machine or into the card reader or rated play at a table game, are then eligible to receive one (1) “Get Spotted – 21 Days of Giveaways” coupon to be scanned at the Winner’s Circle Rewards desk to redeem one (1) $5 instant lottery ticket.

If a patron is not a WCR member and signs up to become a WCR member on the spot, he or she will be eligible to receive one (1) “Get Spotted – 21 Days of Giveaways” coupon to be scanned at the Winner’s Circle Rewards desk to redeem one (1) $5 instant lottery ticket.

37.0

Get Spotted Hot Bank/Table draw times are determined by the Site and are subject to change. The number of draws to take place each promotional day per Site are as follows:

OLG Slots Clinton, Dresden, Hanover, Hiawatha, Grand River and Woodstock – will conduct three (3) draws per promotional day. OLG Slots Ajax, Fort Erie, Georgian, Kawartha, Mohawk, Sudbury, Western Fair, Windsor and OLG Casino Brantford, Point Edward, Sault Ste. Marie, Thousand Islands and Thunder Bay – will conduct five (5) draws per promotional day. OLG Slots Flamboro, Rideau, Woodbine – will conduct eight (8) draws per promotional day.

The WCR card of the winning member(s) of the “Get Spotted – 21 Days of Giveaways” draw must belong solely to the winning member(s) or they will be disqualified from winning the prize.

One (1) prize per eligible member, per “Get Spotted Hot Bank/Table Draw.

40.0

All “Get Spotted – 21 Days of Giveaways” coupons issued through this promotion must be redeemed at the WCR desk within 24 hours of the issuance date and time as indicated on the voucher.

GENERAL RULES: 41.0

All participants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.

42.0

All vouchers/coupons/offers are the property of OLG. Vouchers/coupons/offers which have been obtained or made through fraudulent means or which are illegible, altered, reproduced, mutilated, irregular, or appear to be tampered with are subject to disqualification. OLG will not be responsible for coupons/voucher/ballots, direct mail pieces or emails, which are lost, destroyed, deemed unmailable, as determined by Canada Post, misdirected, or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for the Site’s capacity constraints or for the removal or the non-removal of any patrons, or for any incorrect or inaccurate data in the WCR database, any incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, visual or printing errors, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone, computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination

thereof. Where such failures cannot be corrected immediately or within a reasonable time frame to allow for a continuation of the promotion, the Site may, at the Site’s option, use a manual back up system and/or disqualify the affected participant. 43.0

All decisions of the judges with respect to any element of this promotion are final.

44.0

In the event that an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements, then OLG has no obligation to award any prize(s) to that entrant.

45.0

It is the participating member’s responsibility to verify that the WCR membership number appearing on the coupon/voucher/ballot/offer is the same as the membership number appearing on his/her WCR card. OLG will not be responsible for any errors in the membership number.

46.0

The only way to receive a direct mail piece is to meet the criteria as determined by OLG, based on OLG database records. OLG will not be responsible for errors in database entries or mail delivery errors.

47.0

No offer substitutions will be made, save for OLG’s right, at its sole discretion, to make an offer substitution of equivalent value. Vouchers and coupons not redeemed prior to the expiry date will automatically become void and will not be redeemable at a later date. OLG has no obligation to award substitute offers to those WCR members who have not redeemed their offer(s).

48.0

Offers/vouchers/coupons sent by mail or courier to the OLG or any of the participating Sites, or offers/vouchers/coupons not submitted in person at one of the participating Sites, will not be validated for redemption.

49.0

OLG reserves the right to verify the full legal name and address of the claimant with the information on the selected entry form. To claim the prize, valid government issued photo identification OR valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by OLG) form of valid government issued non-photo identification will be required.

50.0

OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the 21 Days of Giveaways promotion, or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond OLG’s control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this promotion, as OLG deems necessary.

51.0

Members with self-excluded or trespassed status or whose Winner's Circle Rewards account become archived during the promotional period, as determined by OLG, will not be eligible for any prizes associated with OLG contests, promotions, tournaments or giveaways.

52.0

OLG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify an entrant and seek damages and/or other relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all persons responsible for any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with the contest rules, and deliberately damage any kiosk or undermining the administration, security or legitimate operation of this contest.

53.0

All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. Times may vary, depending on the opening and closing hour of the Site.

54.0

These Official Rules and Regulations govern the promotion and must be followed and by agreeing to participate in the promotion, all entrants agree to comply with, and be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.

This promotion is subject to the Laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada as applicable.

56.0

Prizes, vouchers and coupons are non-transferable.
