Our methodology, termed Campaign Executive Search, can be deployed across the world, as a single campaign or with multiple campaigns established in specific geographical locations according to the parameters of the search. Each campaign is underpinned by a statement of works (SOW), which is a contractual representation of the project incorporating a statement of the overriding objective, description of the required activities to achieve it, along with a commercial model, timetable and mutual responsibilities for all stakeholders.

The campaign team has responsibility for fulfilment; they are a team of highly experienced and thoroughly trained search consultants.
