Norway Tourist visa Application VisaHQ provides consultancy and administrative service. All first time visitors must visit the embassy/consulate to submit their biometrics. Applicants who traveled to Schengen countries after November 2015 will not be required to visit the embassy/consulate and VisaHQ can submit the applications on their behalf.

Photocopies of the Passport. The applicant must provide photocopies of first 3 and last 3 pages of the valid passport, including copy of all visas, valid or expired. Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary. Bank Statement. Copies of bank statements from the past 6 months. Employment Letter. A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund. Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations. Travel Insurance. Insurance as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000 Questionaire for C visa. Royal Norwegian Embassy, New Delhi TOURIST VISA DOCUMENT CHECKLIST All applicants applying for a tourist visa should submit the application in person. Prepare all the necessary documents before you deliver the application to the Embassy, otherwise the application might be returned. All documents have to be translated into English or Norwegian. If necessary, the verification should be made by Indian Ministry of External Affairs. The Embassy may contact the applicant to request additional documents. Passport/Travel document shall have been issued within the previous 10 years & should be valid for 90 days after expiry of the visa with at least two blank pages.

Passport photo (white background) not older than six months (35-40MM).

Application form for Schengen visa duly completed.

Applicant's "Applicant Information Form", duly completed.
5.
Documents confirming employment, private business, school or studies; a permission for leave: (including the address, telephone no).

Copy of bank account(s) for the last 6 months in the original and one photocopy.

Confirmation of accommodation in Norway

Copy of your passport (all relevant and used pages).

Confirmed booking (travel itinerary) of roundtrip air ticket, with fixed travel dates of maximum 90 days (Do not buy the ticket until visa has been granted. Note: If the application is approved, the visa will be issued according to the dates on the booking).

A medical travel insurance is required with a minimum coverage of €30.000 which should be valid for 15 days after the return from the Schengen area.
