Executive Summary This future multi-tenant retail development at Las Vegas Boulevard & Sahara Avenue is a very exciting opportunity for new tenants to locate at one of the most desirable addresses in the world. Furthermore, the average retail sales expenditures on Las Vegas Boulevard are more than double the national average. The property is also located approximately one mile from the Las Vegas Convention Center which attracted nearly 5 million convention attendees to Las Vegas in 2012. In February 2013, the Las Vegas Convention Center was approved to undergo a $2.5 billion upgrade and renovation to its facility and surrounding areas.
