NORDIC MONTHLY SURVEILLANCE REPORT JUNE 2013 The rules of the exchange as well as the methodology of the surveillance are in substance harmonized between the NASDAQ OMX exchanges in the Nordic countries. Due to national regulations however, there might be differences. COPENHAGEN NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S has reprimanded Sparinvest that it disclosed information regarding changes in the management in a press release prior to the disclosure of the information in a company announcement, cf. rule 3.8.7 in conjunction with rule 3.1 of the Rules for issuers of investment undertakings. Matching halt was made in the SPIKMI fund due to a technical problem. The trading was resumed after the problem was resolved. EuroInvestor.com has been transferred to the observation list as the company has announced that a group of shareholders intends to make a mandatory public offer to the shareholders in EuroInvestor.com. Strategic Investments has been transferred to the observation list as the company has initiated a change in identity, cf. Rules for issuers of shares 3.3.8. Based on this the exchange will initiate an examination of the company's compliance with the listing requirements for admitting shares for trading and the company's continued listing.

FIRST NORTH Two companies on First North Stockholm received criticism regarding methods for the publication of financial reports. The two companies had announced its interim reports through press releases, without attaching the full report. The full reports were only available by references by links to the companies’ website. On June 4 2013, the shares in Isconova AB (First North Stockholm) received observation status due to a

public offer from Novavax Inc. On June 17 2013, the shares in Trygga Hem Skandinavien AB (First North Stockholm) received observation status due to a public offer from Sector Alarm AB. On June 24 2013, the shares in Lappland Goldminers AB (First North Stockholm) received observation status after the company had published a pressrelase stating that the company had filed for corporate

reorganization of its Swedish parent company and subsidiary. The current rules of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a company listed on First North can be given observation status if there is a significant uncertainty regarding the company’s financial situation. On June 27 2013, European Wind Investment A/S (First North Copenhagen) received observation status as the company announced that the major shareholder TREFOR intends to make a voluntary public offer to the shareholders in European Wind Investment A/S. In accordance with Rulebook for First North Rule 2.6 a company listed on First North can be given observation status if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise a placed bid on the Company.
