Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden

Competition hours:

Session 1: Saturday 11 July at 10.00 Session 2: Saturday 11 July at 16.00 Session 3: Sunday 12 July at 10.00 Warm-up starts 1.5 hour before the start of each session.

Competition format:

Each nation may enter four swimmers in each individual event and one team in relay events, however only two individual swimmers will count in the team competition. It is possible to train in the competition pool in selected lanes Friday 10 July from 15.00-20.00. There is a request from Denmark to enter more than four swimmers in individual events. The matter will be decided on at the team leaders metting.

Team Leaders meeting:

The team leaders meeting will be held at the swimming pool on Friday 10th at 18.00. Changes to entries can be made until one hour before each session.

Dinner on Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and special dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday and also transfer from and to the official entry points. The number of triple and quad rooms is limited. The rooms will be distributed fairly amongst the teams if overbooked.

The participating Federations will receive an invoice after the preliminary reservation. The invoice will include 50% of the total amount. After the final entry booking, the federations will receive an invoice of the remaining amount. Transportation:

Jönköping is served by Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT) approx. 130 km from Jönköping. There is also a train service to Jönköping station. These are the two official entry points. Each team will have one free transfer in each direction. If more transfers are needed they can be organized at cost. The hotel and the pool are in the same building complex with direct indoor access between hotel and pool.
