Appointment All our clinics accept walk in patients. In order to serve you better and cut down the waiting time, please prepare:

1.) Your NRIC or Passport. 2.) A list of current prescription and non-prescription medications, vitamins and supplements. 3.) A good description of the problem, how long you have had it and how it affects you. 4.) A list of questions you would like to discuss with our doctors REMEMBER: You are welcome to bring a companion to accompany you during your visit.

Patient Guide

Prescription 1.) Please bring a list of current prescription and non-prescription medications, vitamins and supplements you are on. 2.) If you have questions about a new prescriptions or about discontinuing medication(s), please call and ask to speak to your doctor. He or she will help you decide if you should come back in for a visit to discuss your prescriptions. 3.) Most medicines are available at our clinics. If you require specialized medicine our doctor will write you a prescription tant you can fill at any pharmacy.

Medical Testing And Radiology 1.) Blood, Urine samples and Swabs are taken by our doctors in our clinics then despatched to the lab for testing. 2.) For Radiology investigations like X-Rays, CT Scans and MRIs, we will arrange an appointment for you at a Radiology Center. 3.) For all diagnostic examinations and early detection screenings done in all our 4 clinics, a copy of lab results will be sent to the doctor who ordered them. 4.) You can obtain the results by calling the clinic you did your test at or call our doctor taking care of your case.

Referral To Specialist 1.) If you require a referral to a specialist, our doctors will write you a referral letter. 2.) Our friendly staff can then make the appointment for you.

Special Accommodations 1.) If you have limited sight or hearing please bring a companion if possible in order to ensure clear communication. 2.) Please let us know if you prefer to communicate with your providers in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil so that we can accommodate.

Payment We participate in most insurance plans. Be sure to check with us to confirm that we accept your insurance before making a trip down to our clinics. You may need to pay (or co-pay) for services at the time of your appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amerian Express, NETS and cash.

Anonymous HIV Testing For Anonymous HIV testing, below are the steps patients can use to help them remain discreet:

STEP 1: RECEPTION

1.) Just walk into our clinic Robertson Walk. 2.) Let our staff you are here for the “3 step test”. 3.) You will be given a pamphlet & AHT Registration Form 4.) The form does not require any personal details from you.

STEP 2: SEE OUR DOCTORS

5.) The doctor will see you in his or her room. 6.) You will have a private consultation with the doctor. 7.) Doctor will proceeds with the “3 Step Test”*.

STEP 3: RESULTS and POST-RESULTS CONSULTATION 8.) After 20 minutes your results will be ready. 9.) Assessment on the results of your HIV test.
