Test item should be soluble in deuterated solvent.
Target molecule must be soluble.
NMR signals show molar response.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis is possible.
One characteristical signal without interference is needed.
Temperature dependent analysis (RT up to 80 C).
Drugs or/and formulation aids can be analysed even in complex mixtures.
