INTRODUCTION Just like many new companies, Next Generation Caravans was born from frustration. Ever since I was a child I have loved caravans, growing up in a military family and moving every couple of years, the idea of a house you can take with you was incredible. When I became an adult, I was able to join the caravan industry and have loved helping people find just the right caravan for their families. But over the last decade my frustration has grown, because the truth is, caravans really have not changed since I was a little kid. Sure, the materials have changed a bit, some features have upgraded, and the quality has improved, but the last big advancement was in the early 1990’s when the slide out room was introduced. The overall concept of how a caravan is built, and how it should function hasn’t changed in the last 25 years. Next Generation Caravans is going to rewrite how caravans are built, and how they are used. First lets talk about how caravans are built, they are still handmade and assembled piece by piece. Everyone has seen one of the infamous “Friday” caravans, the ones that have electrical sockets that are connected to nothing, or a light switch in the bottom of the pantry because they were being finished at the end of the week. Our caravans are fully molded fiberglass, the same as boat hulls, so every piece comes out exactly right. No “Friday” units just reliable quality you can count on. And because the entire body is one molded piece, there is no heavy chassis, just one strong monocoque body. This means lighter weights and greater overall strength. Molding also gives us a lot of flexibility in the look of our caravans, instead of having four straight walls, everything on our caravans is curved and smooth. This improves aerodynamics drastically and gives Next Generation Caravans a look that can’t be matched. The technology inside current caravans is just as bad, now you can practically run your entire house from a smart phone, but most caravans do not even have remote locks. Technology is getting easier to use while making things in our lives much more convenient, why aren’t caravans keeping up? Well Next Generation Caravans is going to offer the first “Smart Caravans” we will take the proven technology that is available and use it in our caravans. Simple things first, smart systems to monitor and improve your electrical usage, remotely locking and opening doors, and smart controls for your lights, entertainment, and climate systems. As our company grows, so will the technology options. I am very excited to be bringing Next Generation Caravans to the world along with my top notch management team, this has been a building dream of mine and I am finally able to share it with all of you. BEAUFLOR: BEAUFLOR USES STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CUSHION VINYL FLOORING. THEY HAVE DEVELOPED AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF PRODUCTS FOR CARAVANS. WHY WE ARE THE NEXT GENERATION OF CARAVANS FULLY MOLDED ONE PIECE FIBERGLASS BODY ALL OF OUR CARAVANS ARE MOLDED INTO A ONE PIECE FIBERGLASS BODY, THIS MEANS THEY CAN BE BUILT LIGHTER AND STILL BE STRONGER THAN A TRADITIONAL CARAVAN. BECAUSE ALL OF OUR CARAVANS ARE FULLY MOLDED WE ARE ALSO ABLE TO CREATE NEW SHAPES FOR OUR CARAVANS, WE HAVE GIVEN THEM A MUCH MORE STREAMLINED AND AERODYNAMIC SHAPE THAT TRULY STANDS OUT FROM THE CROWD.

MONOCOQUE SAFETY FRAME BONDED IN BETWEEN THE TWO LAYERS OF FIBERGLASS IN OUR ONE PIECE BODY IS OUR “MONOCOQUE SAFETY FRAME.” BUILT FROM A FRAME WORK OF WELDED CHROMOLY OUR FRAME COMPLETELY REPLACES THE TRADITIONAL CHASSIS DESIGN. BY INTEGRATING THE FRAME INTO THE OVERALL BODY WE ARE ABLE TO GREATLY INCREASE THE STRENGTH OF THE CARAVAN WHILE REDUCING THE WEIGHT.

AXLE-LESS SUSPENSION BY GETTING RID OF THE STANDARD AXLE SUSPENSION WE HAVE SOLVED A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS IN JUST ONE MOVE. REMOVING THE AXLE(S) SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES THE CARAVANS OVERALL WEIGHT, ESPECIALLY ON TWIN AXLE CARAVANS. IT PROVIDES A MUCH SMOOTHER TOWING EXPERIENCE WITH BETTER GROUND CLEARANCE AND TRUE INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION.

V-NOSE & SWIVEL OUTS HOW MUCH IS A METER OF SPACE? IN A CARAVAN IT’S HUGE, BUT ALL CARAVANS WASTE THAT MUCH SPACE IN THE FRONT. IT’S THE METAL A-FRAME THAT YOU HITCH YOUR CAR TO, A METER OF SPACE LOST TO CURRENT CARAVAN DESIGNS. WELL, WE ARE TAKING IT BACK WITH OUR V-NOSE DESIGN. BY USING THE V-NOSE, NOT ONLY ARE WE CREATING A MORE AERODYNAMIC CARAVAN, BUT WE ARE ADDING A FULL METER OF USABLE LIVING SPACE. ADDING OUR SWIVELING SECTIONS TO THE V-NOSE ALLOWS US TO CREATE THE PERFECT SPACE FOR A BOOTH DINETTE OR BED. WITH ONLY 45CM OF THE HITCH EXTENDING PAST THE BODY, OUR CARAVANS GIVE YOU ALMOST A METER MORE LIVING SPACE WITH A SHORTER OVERALL LENGTH. THIS MEANS EASIER TOWING AND MORE COMFORT FOR YOU!

FLUSH MOUNTED, TRIPLE SEAL SLIDE & SWIVEL OUT ROOMS OUR SLIDE OUTS ARE THE FIRST, OUTSIDE OF THE MILLION DOLLAR MOTORHOMES, DESIGNED TO FIT COMPLETELY FLUSH WITH THE WALLS. THIS MEANS NO WIND OR RAIN PUSHING THROUGH THE EDGES AS YOU TOW IT DOWN THE ROAD, IT MEANS A SMOOTH, SLEEK, BEAUTIFUL CARAVAN THAT YOU WILL ENJOY FOR YEARS. WITH OUR TRIPLE SEAL SYSTEM, WHEN THE SLIDES ARE IN OR OUT, THERE ARE ALWAYS TWO SEALS KEEPING THE WEATHER ON THE OUTSIDE.

The smallest model in our line up, this caravan is perfect for towing with a small vehicle. Designed with comfortable berths for 2, a full kitchenette, class leading storage space, and more headroom than any competitor. Our 3.55 also has class leading standard features such as: hot water; a taller entry door; power lateral arm awning; and a power pop top. Optional features such as air conditioning, and the outdoor entertainment package make this a perfect weekenders caravan.

5 MTR COMPACT UNIT

This is one of the most unique caravans coming to the market today, only 540cm long, it has berths for up to 5 and a spaciousness you will not find in any other caravan its size. With our optional loft bedroom, this compact caravan really is perfect for families that want to get away for the weekend. Storage space is maximized with drawers hidden in the loft steps, or without the loft option there is an added wardrobe in it’s place.

6 MTR FAMILY UNIT With the 6 meter caravan we took the best features from the most popular floor plans and gave it our own signature. A comfortable mid-berth design, and a full queen bed that raises into a sitting position. Full kitchen with lots of workspace and storage, and a very comfortable dinette and lounge chair gives a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The rear bath design with our patent pending swivel out space gives us one of the largest bathrooms for a caravan this size.

Our largest family caravan, this one is ideal for large families or anyone that likes to entertain. A private rear bedroom, mid bath and kitchen, and front lounge with a dinette, couch, and lounge chair, this caravan has everything. There is a huge luxury bathroom thanks to our slide out systems. With an almost full length awning, outdoor kitchen which has a sink, fridge, power outlet, and gas grill hook up, entertaining is a breeze.
