Do I need to o present my Punch Card d for the dura ation of the sshow? Yes. Each ex xhibitor MUST present their Punch Card d credentials in order to bee admitted onn the show floor. These are non-transferablee and no one will be admittted onto the sshow floor wiithout proper credentials. Do I need to o charge saless tax on purcchases made at the show?? Yes. Appropriate sales tax x must be chaarged on itemss sold during the show.

All LP gas tanks must be removedd from RVs. Any A built-in tan nks that cannot be removed must m be empty . All decorativve material is too be flame retaardant in a manneer satisfactory to t the Fire Marrshal. Exhibitoor Admissiion Form In ordeer to expedite admission to the show w for exhibito ors, we use P PUNCH CA ARDS. Here is how the pprogram works: 1) Each 10 x 10 1 exhibitor will be prov vided 6 card ds 2) For each ad dditional 10 x 10 space (i.e. ( 10x20, 10x30, 1 etc.), exhibitors w will receive aan additionaal 2 cards (seee breakout beelow): 200 0-400 sq. ft.: 8 cards 80 01-1000 sq. fft.: 14 cards 401-600 sq. ft.: 10 cards 10 001+ sq. ft.: 16 cards 601-800 sq. ft.: 12 cards Note: Exhibitors will be giveen a maximu um numberr of 16 cardss. If you neeed more carrds than you ur allotment, you caan buy addittional cardss for $10.00 each or purrchase a $5..00 one-dayy discount ticket.
