

IBO’s Income Potential With today’s technology you have unlimited possibilities with the interactions of A) and B) above. By simply sharing the link with all of your contacts, you can end up with hundreds of IBOs and potentially thousands of Shoppers globally. This is seamless, exciting and easy to duplicate. If you send the video links to 100 of your contacts ( from your email, phone book, facebook, twitter, etc ), and assuming one of them makes a purchase as a shopper. (Shopper A, see illustration below). Shopper A would want to enjoy up to 75% discount on his/her next purchase and send the links to his/her own 100 contacts, and 10 of them makes purchases ( shoppers B). Likewise shoppers B send to their own 100 contacts who will make purchases as shoppers C and this continues to shoppers D. YOU → 1 Shopper A→ 10 Shoppers B→100 Shoppers C→ 1000 Shoppers D

From shopper A alone, you would have 1,111 shoppers under your network. Assuming each of the shoppers makes a purchase totaling USD100 with 50eV, you would earn:a)

On-line store sales = USD 100 x 1,111 = USD 111,100 Online sales commission @ 10% = USD 11,110

eCos2 Team Bonus of 50ev x 1,110 = 55,550eV Divide by 200eV : 100 eV = (37,000 ev VS 18,500 ev) = 185 Performance Points ( 50 ev balance will be carried forward to next business month ) 185 Performance Points x USD 12.50 = USD 2,312

TOTAL = USD 13,422 * The income in the example above is derived from the sales volume of ONLY ONE shopper A’s online shoppers network. If 10 of your 100 contacts becomes shoppers like shopper A, your income would be (USD 13,422 x 10 )= USD 134,220.

Online Sales Commission Qualification The initial qualification requirement for 10% online store commission is a one-time permanent qualification, meaning once qualified, you will remain qualified throughout your entire membership. It will not be affected even if you drop to a lower assigned Leadership rank, example L2, for a particular business month. However to be entitled to receive these commissions every business month, you must achieve at least 50 eV of personal sales. If an IBO is NOT qualified and/or is not entitled to receive commissions (missed the 50eV personal sales), any sales commission generated for that business month will pass up to the next Qualified upline IBO.

Shopper Get Shopper Discount Scheme ( ecglobal & eCos2 ) Online Shoppers who introduce online shoppers will be rewarded with Discount Points based on the first online purchase of people they directly introduce. Discount Points earned and/or accumulated can be utilized as discounts for subsequent online purchases, up to 75% of the product purchase price. o

1 Discount Point is awarded to the introducer for every direct successful shopper registration with a first online purchase. No Discount Points will be awarded for subsequent purchases.

If the person introduced registers as an IBO instead of shopper, and makes a first purchase, 1 Discount Point will still be awarded. o 1 Discount Point is equivalent to discount of 25% of the product o

purchase price.

Discount points utilization will be capped at 2 or 3 points per purchase (equivalent to 50% or 75% of the price ) depending on the product. o IBOs are not entitled to Discount Points as they already enjoy eV and online sales commissions. o

Shopper Upgrading to IBO ( in the eCos2 countries ) A shopper may upgrade and register to become an IBO, and will be considered as the personally-enrolled IBO of the nearest immediate up-line IBO. Any discount points earned or accumulated can still be utilized using the shopper ID when purchasing online. Product eV Products sold through ecglobal to online shoppers are assigned their respective eVs in eCos2, and they will flow up through the shopper lineage to the nearest IBO. eV can only be viewed through IBOs online office and will not be shown in ecglobal on-line store. Inter-Transfer of Shoppers’ eV IBOs may transfer eVs generated from their offline Shoppers under eCosway Profit Plan into the eCos2 Plan through IBO’s online office by simply selecting a dedicated command function “Transfer VIP eV to eCos2’. IBOs who wish to set their command for the first business month ending 15th September 2014 may do so by that date. This command can be changed to return eVs back into eCosway Profit Plan

at anytime by the IBO. eVs that are transferred into eCos2 Plan can be placed on the left or right side for Team Bonus computation. New Markets Due to the stringent laws regarding MLM in many countries, IBOs are reminded to strictly adhere to the rules above. No IBO is allowed to negotiate, arrange, agree, conspire, or deal with any party or parties especially in countries where eCos2 does not operate, with the intention of or knowing that such action(s) can or may cause any circumvention or disruption of the online business model, including registering phantom members or entities, because these activities can create unfair advantage and/or adversely affect eCosway’s future plans to expand and open in these countries. Therefore any IBO found to have done or supporting or suspected of doing the above activities will be regarded as having committed a serious breach of the IBO Policies and Procedures, and can be subjected to disciplinary action including termination. Changes to IBO Joining after membership expired. In line with the new IBO online registration features, effective 16th September, 2014, the 30 day cooling-off requirement before a lapsed IBO can re-join under a different group will be abolished. Upon expiry of his/her membership an IBO can immediately re-join under any group of his/her choice. The eCos2 Plan Business Cycle month will start on the 16th of each month and ends on the 15th of the following month. IBOs who have participated in the previous pre-launch and pre-rank programs for Epic will not lose their effort. Your rank will transfer and convert to the new program.

There are two simple ways to get paid! 1. Team Bonus (TB) Based on all of the volume under your network - regardless of whether the IBOs were personally sponsored by you or placed under you by your uplines. 2. Personal Team Bonus (PTB) Based on your personally-sponsored team. Six levels of leadership rank advancement will allow you to be paid on up to 6 generations of activity. Team Bonus Based on a 2-branch placement structure. Everyone only has 2 branches, so once you have your A & B in place directly below you, all of the people you introduce (C,D&E) will be placed below them. If you only have 1 PP it will be carried forward (because it’s better to get paid MYR 300 for two PPs than just MYR 40 for one.) The maximum number of Performance Points you can be paid on in any given monthly cycle is 4,000. (4000 x MYR 40 = MYR 160,000). Extra eV (beyond that necessary for 4000 PPs) will be carried forward as long as you don’t miss your monthly qualification requirement. The overall payout from the company for Team Bonus each month cannot exceed 55% of eV. It will be capped at 55% and adjusted accordingly.

Personal Team Bonus Paid to you based on the Team Bonus payouts received by the IBOs in your personal line of sponsorship. In other words, activity from IBOs that you personally introduced, and from those they introduced and so on down the line. The payout is a simple 10% of the payout (from the Team Bonuses) received by the IBOs in up to 6 generations of your sponsorship tree.

You work your way up to the Leadership levels as the volume of your business grows and hits certain volume targets on your larger (L) and smaller (S) sides.

Online Office and IBO Placement You will be able to see your eCos2 back office by logging in as usual from ecosway.com and going to your personal profile section. There you will be able to select the eCos2 plan to view. Every IBO that you recruit into eCosway will be placed front line to you in the regular eCosway plan and will be placed in your WAITING ROOM for the eCos2 plan. You will be able to go into your waiting room and place any new IBO that you have sponsored onto your Left or Right branches as soon as they show up (might take 24-48 hours if they register offline). Alternatively, you can just wait until the end of the monthly cycle (the 16th of the month) and then place all of your new IBOs from the 16th and the 23rd (before payouts are sent out for that cycle.) Only if you do NOT place a new IBO before the 23rd, the system will place him or her for you according to the setting you chose in your back office. The choices for auto-placement are: 1) Left (places all new IBOs at the bottom of the left branch) 2) Right (places all new IBOs at the bottom of the right branch) 3) Balanced (places all new IBOs left, then right, then left, then right and so on)
