New Developments in Trade Finance Friday 6th of June 2014 9am-4pm
The digital age brought change to nearly every aspect of our lives including, of course, the way we trade and finance trade. Smart solutions such as the Bank Payment Obligations, for which the Banking Commission of the ICC drafted and published uniform rules last year, the e-Bill of Lading or the e-Airway bill are a result of this development. This conference will provide a unique opportunity to learn from experienced corporates and bankers about their visions and strategies using smart technologies. You can expect insight and commentary on a wide range of issues amongst others: streamlining of trade finance operations, the changing landscape from the BPO perspective, the interconnection with electronic transport documents such as eB/L and e-AWB with the BPO. Our aim is to bring together experienced international practitioners, who deal with smart trade finance solutions every day that will highlight hands-on solutions to problems faced in daily business. This annual Vienna-based Trade Finance Week has established itself as the only true global platform dedicated to trade finance experts. Our unique combination of lecturers, panellists and attendees meet, network, exchange ideas and solve mutual problems of their business.
For International Trade Finance Experts – Vienna is the place to meet! With this conference you can earn 6 PDUs.
