JVC’s range of V.NETWORKS IP cameras transmit high-quality images over a network, ready to be captured on a server or Network Video Recorder (NVR). The pre-installed NVR software, used to monitor and display the images, can be integrated with activity alarms, notifying security staff of any incidents. Upon alarms, users can send video images to anyone in the organisation for further investigation or action. With older analogue systems, security staff typically watch a monitor wall, or might take a long time playing back video footage to find an incident, often resulting in lost time. JVC’s IP-based solution – from cameras, through to NVRs and monitors – ensures everything is captured perfectly, in full digital quality.
