Step 1 – Install the Server and Client Software 1.1 Install the Customer License Server and Workspace Server a) Download ES 6.1 Setup File b) Run the Setup File and Follow the Setup Wizard
Download the NetBrain software. Unzip the file after download. Note: Try this backup download link if you run into any issues with the primary link.
Important Note: There must be at least 3GB free space in the system drive (usually C drive) no matter which drive the NetBrain system will be installed on. If you only have one server workspace, it is recommended to install Customer License Server (CLS) and Workspace Server (WSS) on the same Windows server. If you have multiple workspaces to be created under multiple WSS servers, then please follow steps A1.1 and A1.2 in the Appendix to install CLS and WSS on separate Windows servers. For Windows 2008 and Windows 2012, it is recommended to right-click on the setup file and select the Run as Administrator option to run setup file. The system will check the required components and any missing components will be displayed in the pop-up window. Click on Install button to install these components.
