Native Peruvian Biodiversity Having a great variety of microclimates, Peru gives its people the opportunity to cultivate a myriad of native products that are the result of an enormous biodiversity and provide a great source of nutritious foods. Algarrobos Organicos was created with the purpose of recovering the ancestral agricultural knowledge of the dwellers of the Andean, Coastal and Amazonian region in order to grow the best products possible for Peru and for the world. By following old traditions, we grow, process and export within the organic and biocommerce standards and systems. Each process we carry out is supervised with extreme care, using the right temperatures to preserve the fibers and benefits of our products in order to bring them in their most natural state and being able to offer functional foods with a high nutritional value.
