This special supplement to the June issue of NATIONAL GuARD has proven to be a valuable resource for all those in the National Guard involved in procurement. The NGAUS corporate member program is an important part of our association. The nearly 300 members do more than provide vital products and services. They strengthen the Guard by sharing information on technological advances and by amplifying our message on Capitol Hill.

Corporate members receive access to association staff and key decision-makers in Washington. They also receive opportunities to attend NGAUS events and businessdevelopment sessions. NATIONAL GUARD EDUCATIONAL fOUNDATION

LEGION DE LAFAYETTE PROGRAM Many corporate members are part of the Legion de Lafayette. which is reserved for the largest benefactors of the National Guard Educational Foundation. Their affiliation is denoted in this directory. The Legion is the primary funding source for the NGEF. which operates the National Guard Memorial Museum in Washington. D.C .. and other programs designed to

preserve and tell all 377 years of the Guard story. Over the last four years. the program has raised nearly $3 million. The funds enabled the NGEF to construct the 9/11 Era Gallery in 2012. Today. Legion donations are helping to revamp the Citizen-Soldier in World War II exhibit, which will share through personal stories and artifacts the Guard's significant

contributions to the most important event of the 20th century. The exhibit is scheduled to open to the public in November 2014. NGAUS Corporate Advisory Panel NGAUS believes its industry partners are an integral part of the association's membership family. To ensure the thoughts, suggestions and concerns of corporate members reach NGAUS leaders, the association maintains a Corporate Advisory Panel. The CAP includes 15 members who serve two-year terms. Positions are structured to ensure continual representation from the full breadth of the corporate membership. The panel meets at least four times a year, participates in planning for the annual NGAUS general conference, and is invited to send a representative to association board meetings.
