CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course provides students with an understanding of the organization, duties, and administration of a typical hotel housekeeping department. Topics include scheduling, purchasing, property maintenance and design, operating a laundry facility, and maintaining the cleanliness of the hospitality property.
