Why Exhibit at an MLN Conference?
Connect with health care professionals from across Missouri! As a conference exhibitor, you will gain visibility and exposure to decision makers, from CEOs and nursing home administrators, to directors of nursing and charge nurses. Each conference draws 50 to 200 attendees who influence or deliver care to residents in long-term care. Smaller conferences provide MORE exposure! Attendees come to MLN conferences for quality continuing education which provides them with the latest information regarding long-term care. They take this information back to their communities and implement it to provide the best possible care to their residents. As an exhibitor you are welcome to attend the educational sessions at the conference at which you are exhibiting. Nursing home administrative hours are FREE to exhibitors who need them! You must register with the MLN office in advance.

Cancellations: No refunds will be made if exhibitor fails to attend. There is a $50 cancellation fee if the MLN is notified in writing two weeks prior to the conference. No refunds will be made after this date. Hotel Hold Harmless Clause: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
