WEG Direct-on-Line Enclosed Motor Starters The SIRIUS 3RA6 compact starters are a generation of innovative starters with the integrated functionality of a Circuit Breaker + Contactor + Solid-State Overload Relay combined. In addition, various functions of optional mountable accessories (e.g. auxiliary switches, surge suppressors) are already integrated Q The SIRIUS compact starters can be used wherever standard induction motors of up to 32 A (approx. 15kW/400 V) are directly started Q Very high operational reliability via weld free contacts and defined shut-down when the end of service life is reached (indicates in advance) Q Safe disconnection. The auxiliary switches are designed as mirror contacts therefore it is possible to use the device for safe disconnection, e.g. emergency-stops up to Category 2 (EN 954-1) and together with other redundancy switching devices up to Category 3 or 4 Q IP20 protection Q
