Brilliant Beverage Service We offer complete beverage service, from a full menu of spirits, wine and beer to soft drinks, gourmet coffee and teas. Of course, under Ohio Law, our guests must be 21 years old to consume alcohol and must purchase all alcohol consumed at on the premises via Cherry Valley Lodge.

You’re welcome to bring the entertainer, DJ, florist, photographer or other vendor of your choice at no additional charge. Or we’ll gladly provide you with a list of tried-and-true wedding professionals.

Daytime & Evening Wedding Packages We’ve created superb Daytime Wedding Packages, available from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or Evening Wedding Packages, which may take place from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. They include: n Brunch, lunch or dinner buffet or a plated dinner n Garden Wedding in the Gazebo, the Wedding Arbor or in our beautiful Ballroom n Reception location for up to 350 n Complimentary overnight upgraded guest room n Placement of one favor per guest n Parquet dance floor

n Tablecloths, chairs, white napkins, flatware, china, glassware, silverware, and round mirrored centerpiece with three votive candles per table or hurricane lamp with white tapered candle n Additional gift, buffet, DJ or head table with white tablecloths and hunter green or navy skirting n Staging for band or head table with six-inch risers n Champagne toast for all guests n Professional cake cutting and bartenders. n Our elegant full-service dinners include hors d’ oeuvres, salad, entrée, fresh vegetable, potatoes or rice, fresh rolls and coffee n Daytime Wedding Packages also include ceremony sound system and 3 hours of DJ Service

Ceremony space must be arranged with your sales or catering manager at the time of booking and is based on availability. Prices are subject to change. A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required with signed contract. Payments are due in 25% increments the estimated balance six months, three months and 10 business days prior to your event. Check, money order, cashier’s check and major credit cards accepted. All charges are subject to 19% service charge and applicable state sales tax (currently 7%). There may be additional fees for electrical requirements, specialty linens, placing additional items on tables, chair covers, etc. All items must be removed at the conclusion of your event. Cherry Valley Lodge is not held liable for any items left behind or items provided by outside vendors.
