The scenic seven-mile round trip travels along the eastern end of the Boulder Branch Line and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Passengers can take in gorgeous views of the sprawling El Dorado Valley, McCullough and River mountain ranges, and Mojave Desert plant life and cacti along the route. The museum also offers a covered open-air pavilion where visitors can view a number of historic pieces of railroad rolling stock.
