It is a non-profit childcare resource and referral service that keeps a current list of area daycares and home-based providers. Although they won’t make any recommendations, they will help you find a provider that fits your needs, as well as information on state licensing requirements, availability of child care subsidies and other pertinent information.

Moore Free Care Clinic is a 501 (c) (3) charity which provides free and charitable health care to adults, ages 18-64 who live in Moore County and are 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Patients can not have any form of private or government insurance to qualify. Our hours are: The Moore Free Care Clinic provides the following health services for adult residents of Moore County: • • • • • • • • • •

The clinic is not equipped to handle urgent or emergency care or prenatal care. The clinic does not see walk-ins. All persons seeking to become clinic patients must undergo eligibility screening first. The clinic sees approved patients by appointment only. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am to 5:00 pm Tuesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday 8:30 am to 3:00pm They charge a sliding fee for our patient appointments, ranging from $5 to $35 based total household income.

Moore Healthy Smiles SERVICES PROVIDED: Moore County Healthy Smiles began as a Girl Scout Gold Award project that began as an effort to determine the amount of Medicaid-funded dental services being offered in Moore County. Listed below you will find a list of all dental care providers

Permanent Subsidized Housing *A long-term solution for housing. Residents are often allowed to stay as long as they remain in the low-income bracket but is sometimes limited 3 - 5 years. Residents pay no more then 30% of their income towards rent.
