Modern Club Management Kit Worlds 1st comprehensive package designed specifically targeting not for profit community organisations to meet their 21st Century needs and expectations

Introduction RSC Solutions recognises that community organisations need practical solutions to meet mounting expectations and unprecedented pressures. The Modern Club Management (MCM) Kit was developed to address community organisations’ issues and reduce these unprecedented pressures by ensuring they avoid reinventing the wheel. The kit is uniquely designed to systematically take community organisations through the steps required to improve and modernise governance, committee development, volunteer management practises and service delivery in order to improve performance and decrease organisation and community exposure to risk.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT THIS KIT? 1. Kit utilises the web, DVD’s and CD roms to present key issues, training and support information The Modern Club Management Series provides a step by step process that commences with DVD training. From this training the user is directed to the appropriate supporting information either via the Web or hard copy. Once the user has accessed this information, they are linked to trained officers who will provide the specific CD tools and support required to prevent, reduce or remove the issue/s impacting on their organisation’s development. Uniquely though, each of the MCM tools and their components are designed to be effective in their own right, enabling the user to access the process at any step and still be effective.

Provider Support System The MCM Kit has a specific component designed to assist the providers, professionals and/or mentors with the training required to effectively deliver the kit and tools to their clients. • Workshops and training for mentors, support staff and development officers • Ability to provide specific training and adaptations for specific user groups • Professional support for mentors, support staff and development officers Face to face tailored workshops are also available to support crisis management and/or specific issue resolution for organisations in need.
