KIDS’ CLUBS Our kids’ clubs are a wonderland of fun for little ones. They are open 2 to 4 hours a day, 5 and a half days a week for 1-14+ year olds. The kids’ clubs are not childcare facilities – parents are required to be available at all times. Bubbles Playroom – for 1-4 years Little tikes can dress up, play with toys and are free to make a mess with paint and glitter! (Parental supervision required).1

SWIMMING POOL COMPLEXES With indoor and outdoor pools, spa baths, water slides, children’s paddling pools and splash zones, it’s all about water fun here and having a splashing good time. Our qualified lifeguards are constantly keeping a watchful eye on your kids, allowing you, your children or grandchildren to splash around in safety.

Pirate Club – 5-9 years Pirates are always on the hunt for treasure and adventure, and love doing more creative activities like art attacks.2 Barracudas Club – 10-14+ years This is the place for non-stop action for sporty types and budding stage performers.3 1.There is no Bubbles Playroom at Le Montourey, Le Domaine de Soulac or Les Rives de Condrieu. SHOWTIME Siblu has a fantastic team of entertainers who train regularly with the village choreographer to create various fun, family shows. A mixture of talents from amateurs to professionals work together to provide you with quality international performances.

What’s different about Siblu is that our villages are privately owned, and during the summer our homeowners leave their mobile homes to us, so Siblu can let them out during this period to our holidaymakers. This also means that you can hand-pick your holiday home, you choose the type of mobile home, the equipment (air conditioning, terrace...) and the location on the village.

HOLIDAY SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Acceptance of the holiday contract Your holiday contract is made with Siblu Europe Ltd (‘the Company’) acting as agent on behalf of Siblu France SAS. When a booking is made, the ‘lead name’ on the booking confirms that he or she has the authority to act on behalf of the party and in that capacity agrees to the terms of these booking conditions. After we receive your booking and all appropriate payments, we will confirm the arrangements are available by issuing a confirmation invoice. This is a binding agreement and will come into existence between us when we dispatch this invoice to the ‘lead name’ or your Travel Agent. This contract is governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. It is important to check your invoice carefully to ensure that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact Siblu or your Travel Agent immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later.

2. Your holiday booking 2.1 Booking Bookings for accommodation will only be accepted from adults aged 18 or over and with legal capacity. Bookings may be made: - online at www.siblu.com - with our reservations team either by phone or in person at a Siblu Village.

2.2 Information required The number of people staying in a holiday home or on a touring pitch must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed. This maximum will vary depending on the category of accommodation and possibly also on the internal regulations of your holiday village. All booking requests must include the full name and age of each guest. Siblu will not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18, or bookings where there will not be an adult with parental authority, over all guests under the age of 18, present during the whole of the stay.

2.3 Bookings more than 42 days before the start of your holiday At the time of booking you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday. The total balance must be paid at least 42 days before the start of your holiday. Please note that if your holiday costs £100 or less you must pay in full at the time of booking. If Siblu does not accept your booking then this deposit will be returned in full as soon as possible.

2.4 Bookings 42 days or less before the start of your holiday If you book 42 days or less before the start of your holiday you must pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking.

2.5 Bookings for next year made while on holiday with us If you book for 2018 whilst on holiday in a Siblu Village in 2017 you will be required to pay an initial deposit of £50. You will then be required to make a second payment before 7 November 2017 to bring the total deposit paid to 20% of the total cost of your holiday; this top-up payment also confirms the initial booking. If you do not make this second payment bringing the deposit paid up to at least 20%, siblu reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you in accordance with

paragraph 7 below (“Cancellation by you”). The balance of your holiday must be paid for in full at least 42 days before the start of your holiday.

2.6 Exchange or selling on You cannot exchange or sell a booking to a third party in any circumstances. If Siblu becomes aware of any such transactions then it reserves the right to take appropriate action against you and /or any of your party involved, which may ultimately result in cancellation of the holiday.

2.7 Special requests You may make special requests at the time of booking (e.g. booking adjacent accommodation). Siblu will do its best to fulfil such requests but cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so.

2.8 Information and prices Up to date prices are available on our website www.siblu.com or by calling 0871 911 2288. Siblu is not responsible for any such information if not confirmed in writing at the time of the confirmation invoice. Unless you are booking your holiday using the “hand pick your holiday home” option then the features of holiday homes may vary according to the model and Siblu village. Depending on the criteria used by each Siblu village each season, some accommodation units may also change category.

2.9 Publication of prices /minimum price The price per night, after any reductions, discounts or offers, cannot be lower than the minimum price set by Siblu. Siblu reserves the right to not apply any discount or special offer or any combination of discounts or offers, if this would bring the total cost of your holiday below the minimum price set by Siblu. The total price for your holiday includes all taxes and is based on the prices on the day of your initial booking. Prices are subject to change without notice, even within the same season. In addition, any new tax or similar charge relating to the holiday booking, or any increase in the rate of tax will be payable by you even if Siblu is primarily liable.

2.10 What your price includes 2.10.1 The price of your holiday at the time of booking only includes: - rental of the accommodation or touring pitch; - water, gas (apart from touring pitches) and electricity; - Fun passes for all guests included on the booking; - access to pool complexes, entertainment and any sports and leisure facilities which are not shown as having an extra charge; - access to kids’ clubs where available; - any options taken at the time of booking; - any applicable VAT; - tourist tax.

2.10.2 The price of your holiday at the time of booking does not include, amongst other things: -

any services not included in paragraph 2.10.1 above; supplements for any optional activities with an extra charge; cleaning during or at the end of your holiday; bed linen and towels;

- baby equipment;

food and drink; insurance; equipment damage waiver; administration fee.

3. Paying for your holiday 3.1 Accommodation As soon as your booking request is accepted by Siblu a confirmation invoice with the date of acceptance will be issued and sent by email, or by post on request. Payments will only be accepted in Sterling. Invoices will only be issued in English.

3.2 Touring pitches As soon as your booking request is accepted by Siblu a confirmation invoice with the date of acceptance will be issued and sent by email, or by post on request. Payments will only be accepted in Sterling. Invoices will only be issued in English. You must pay at least 20% of the total due at the time of booking and any outstanding balance i.e. the total amount for the hire of the touring pitch less any deposit paid, must be paid at the very latest on arrival in £s sterling by an accepted card payment before installing any equipment. No cash payments will be accepted on arrival.

3.3 Non payment If full payment is not made as set out above (paragraphs 2.3, 2.4 & 2.5) Siblu reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you in accordance with paragraph 7 below (“Cancellation by you”).

3.4 Methods of payment accepted For bookings made more than 42 days before the start of your holiday you can pay in the following ways: - Credit card: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, - Paypal, - Cheque made payable to Siblu Europe Ltd, - Tesco & Leisure vouchers (additional terms and conditions apply, please speak to one of our team), - Debit card. For bookings made 42 days or less before the start of your holiday you can only pay by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/ Mastercard/ American Express) or debit card.

4. Length of stay Bookings for accommodation must be for a minimum of 7 nights in high season (some villages accept bookings for a minimum of 4 nights in high season – please refer to www.siblu.com) 3 nights minimum in low season for accommodation, with no minimum period required for touring pitches in low season (except where there is a special offer or promotion).

5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend customers have appropriate insurance for all holiday reservations.

6. Changes to your holiday 6.1 Changes by you Siblu have a modification fee of £35 per request for a change to your booking. However, we do offer “One change for Free”

HOLIDAY SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS when the modification charge would be waived for the first change request made per booking, subject to availability and the following conditions: If you contact us with your request at least 42 days before the start of your holiday, and do not reduce the length of your stay. Any extra costs for the amended holiday must be paid for as set out in paragraph 2.If the amended holiday costs less than the original booking, then Siblu will only issue a refund if the change is made 42 days or more before the start of the holiday, and if the new holiday has been fully paid. If the request is made less than 42 days before arrival, then cancellation charges will apply. Any change to your holiday remains subject to the terms and conditions of your initial booking, particularly those relating to price.You must notify us in writing of your request. Siblu will do its best to accommodate requests, subject to availability at the time of your request. Your request is not accepted until you have written confirmation of the change from SibluIf the change requested is impossible for Siblu to implement and you no longer wish to keep your original holiday booking then Siblu reserves the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you in accordance with the terms of paragraph 7 below (Cancellation by you”).

6.2 Changes by Siblu If for any reason Siblu needs to make changes to your holiday before it starts (unless this is due to circumstances outside our control, in cases of force majeure [paragraph 13], or the change is minor) Siblu will offer you accommodation of similar quality and with similar facilities, subject to availability. You will have the following options: - accepting an alternative Siblu holiday of similar or higher quality without extra cost. Siblu will issue a part refund if the new holiday is cheaper than the original, or if there were any specific supplements paid for a “hand pick your holiday home” booking. - accepting a full refund of all monies paid to Siblu as full and final settlement and cancelling your holiday. You must les Siblu know within 5 days of notification of the alternative offer, and in any event, before the start of your holiday as originally booked or we will assume the offer is accepted.

7. Cancellation by you If you fail to arrive or cut short your holiday Siblu will not provide a refund under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your holiday booking you must inform Siblu in writing as soon as possible (by post or e-mail)and your notification must arrive at least the day before your holiday was due to start. The cancellation charges shown below will apply. Some insurance policies cover cancellation charges in certain circumstances. Please check the terms of your policy.

7.1 Cancellation of a booking for accommodation - If you cancel more than 42 days before the start of your holiday Siblu will keep your 20% deposit or the actual amount received if less. - If you cancel between 42 and 14 days before the start of your holiday Siblu will keep 50% of the total cost of your holiday, or £100 if the total holiday cost is below £200. - If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your holiday Siblu will keep the total cost of your holiday. - If you have used Tesco or Leisure Vouchers please see the appropriate terms and conditions.

7.2 Cancellation of a touring pitch

- If you cancel prior to the start of your holiday Siblu will keep your 20% deposit or the actual amount received if less, or £100 if the total holiday cost is below £200. - If you have used Tesco or Leisure Vouchers please see the appropriate terms and conditions.

8. Cancellation of your holiday by Siblu If for any reason Siblu needs to cancel your holiday (unless this is due to circumstances outside our control, in cases of force majeure [paragraph 13], Siblu will offer you accommodation of similar quality and with similar facilities, subject to availability or a refund determined by the following conditions: :a full refund of all monies paid to Siblu by you for the holiday and a payment equivalent to the penalty you would have received should you have cancelled the booking at the same date (see paragraph 7).

9. Damage waiver At the end of your holiday you must leave your accommodation clean and in good condition. A non-refundable equipment damage waiver option is available on all holiday bookings, this costs £35 (thirty five pounds) per holiday home. This fee will exempt you from paying a €300 equipment deposit on arrival (see paragraph 10.2) and will cover the cost of any accidental damage to the accommodation, furnishings and fittings but does not cover cleaning. It also does not cover damage caused negligently, carelessly or intentionally.

10. Cleaning and equipment deposits 10.1 If you have taken out our damage waiver You only need to pay a cleaning deposit of €130 (one hundred and thirty euros) on arrival when picking up your keys. This is fully refundable on verification that your holiday home has been left clean and tidy, suitable for use by the next guests and that nothing is missing from the inventory that is not covered by the damage waiver.

10.2 If you have not taken out our damage waiver On arrival, before receiving your keys, you will need to pay: - an equipment deposit payment of €300 (three hundred euros), - a cleaning deposit of €130 (one hundred and thirty euros). These deposits are fully refundable at the end of your stay on verification that your holiday home has been left in good condition and is clean and tidy with no damage. If your holiday home cannot be checked before you leave (e.g. if you leave very early or late) your deposits may not be refunded immediately but will be returned to you within 14 days. If we need to retain all or part of the cleaning or equipment deposits due to the condition of the holiday home then we will notify you with full details within the 14 day period. An end of holiday cleaning service can be reserved as optional extra, at the price of £60 per mobile home, on condition that the service is booked at least 24 hours before the end of your holiday.

11. Behaviour, regulations & use of your accommodation The person making the reservation and featuring as the lead name agrees to comply with the regulations of the Siblu village where they are staying and to ensure that other members of their party or any visitors also comply. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of these regulations, a copy of which is

on display in, and available from, the village reception or any member of the Siblu team. The internal rules and regulations of the holiday park can also be viewed and downloaded on the village page on our website www.siblu.com. Please note that use of our pool complexes is subject to regulations for the safety of all our guests. You and your party may need to show your Fun Pass or bracelet to enter the pool area and there may be height restrictions on the use of waterslides. During your stay you agree to take good care of your holiday home and pitch as well as all village facilities and equipment. You also agree to leave your accommodation or touring pitch clean, tidy and undamaged at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to terminate the contract, and therefore the holiday, of any guest(s), immediately and without compensation, if they contravene village regulations or their behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests (examples might include anti social behaviour, damage to village facilities or more than the maximum number of guests authorised to sleep in your accommodation).

12. Arrival and Departure 12.1 Arrival and departure times Accommodation is available from 16h00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10h00, at the latest, on the day of departure. Touring pitches are available from 14h00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12h00 on the day of departure.

12.2 Arrival and departure times –flexibility Siblu will accept normal arrivals under paragraph 12.1 above until 10h00 the morning after the start date of your holiday as per your original booking. If you wish to arrive after this time then please notify your holiday village or the booking call centre in advance. If you do not notify us of your late arrival then Siblu will treat the booking as cancelled by you and there will be no refund (see paragraph 7).

12.3 Holiday village opening hours and vehicle access In some Siblu Villages vehicle access to holiday homes is not allowed after 22h00. If you arrive after this time you may have to park outside the holiday village or in a car park at the entrance if available. Usually only one car is allowed to park on each pitch. Please note that depending on the date, reception may be closed from 18h00 to 09h00.

13. Our Liability to You We make every effort to ensure the arrangements we have agreed to provide as part of our contract with you are provided with reasonable care and skill. If, due to circumstances outside Siblu’s control, or due to force majeure, we have to close one of our holiday villages, cancel your holiday or your holiday home is not available, Siblu will not be liable in any way. Siblu is not liable for the safekeeping of guests’ personal effects or belongings in their villages. Siblu is not liable, beyond any legal obligations, for: - Theft, loss, damage or deterioration to any personal effects or belongings of any kind during or after your holiday;

HOLIDAY SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Failure/breakdown or closure of technical equipment; - Failure/breakdown or closure of facilities in the holiday village where this is outside our control or linked to force majeure; - Decisions taken by the village management to temporarily restrict access to facilities, including changing rooms or pools, when necessary for health and safety reasons or for maintenance work; - Damage caused by or to residents’ vehicles driven or parked within the village even when those vehicles have express permission to enter the village; - Changes to the entertainment programme or advertised activities, temporary closure of facilities for reasons outside our control; - Siblu is not responsible for any services offered or provided privately by its employees, such as babysitting, swimming lessons, etc.; - Siblu is not responsible for services provided by a third party but sold through Siblu villages and which are controlled outside the Siblu village by other parties e.g. cash points; - Siblu is also not responsible for failure or improper performance caused by unforeseeable and unavoidable actions by third parties not connected with the provision of your holiday.

We cannot accept collective claims or petitions. We cannot accept liability if you fail to notify us of the complaint at the earliest opportunity so that we are given the opportunity to put matters right.

14. Availability of Facilities

Most Siblu villages have holiday homes suitable for guests with restricted mobility. However, some guests may still need help from an able bodied person in the accommodation. Please contact one of our Siblu team before making a booking so we can ensure the accommodation is suitable for your needs.

For your protection we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and have given all the appropriate notifications to the Information Commissioner. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable to cover administration costs. This fee will not exceed £10. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us at the following address including your full name and address and the email address to which we send Siblu emails: – Siblu Europe, 10 ave Leonard de Vinci, 33600 Pessac, France. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete please write or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will correct any information which is found to be incorrect promptly.

However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday (including the price) with us at the time of booking. Photographs, layouts and videos are not contractually binding and are for guidance only. There is some variety within accommodation types and between villages. Accommodation and villages may vary. The holidays featured were based on costs on 01/12/2016.

Outside the months of July and August, some facilities, services or entertainment may be restricted or unavailable. If your booking is in low season we advise you to seek further information from one of our Siblu team at the time of booking.

15. Adapted Accommodation

If you have any problems or queries during your holiday then please tell the holiday manager at your village as soon as possible and they will do their best to solve the problem. Each village also has “feedback forms” which you can fill in to let us know if any aspects of your holiday were disappointing. Please fill in a form and hand it in at reception, we welcome your feedback and use it to improve our service where possible.

16.2 Customer Service If any matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction on your return home and you wish to make a complaint, then please write as soon as possible to Siblu Customer Services Department which is located at our French Head Office – Siblu Europe, 10 ave Leonard de Vinci, 33600 Pessac, France. You must include the lead name, your booking reference, the dates and place of your holiday as well as the type of holiday home and the pitch number to help us investigate your complaint as quickly as possible. Please also include any documents which support your claim such as any written statements, medical papers, invoices, receipts etc. Any complaints must be received by Siblu within 28 days of the end of your holiday unless there are exceptional circumstances. We also agree to acknowledge your letter within 14 days and reply to your complaint within 28 days of receipt.

16.3 ABTA We are a member of ABTA - P6782. This means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct and financial protection in the unlikely event of the financial failure of Siblu Europe Ltd.

17. Data Protection Any data you send to Siblu in relation to your booking may be shared with INIT, a marketing company, only for its use in customer satisfaction surveys and KallKwik who distribute our brochures. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties and will be treated as confidential by Siblu. It will only be used by Siblu and its employees to process your booking and to allow us to provide you with special offers and services tailored to your interests and requirements in accordance with the law.

19. Reproduction of the Brochure No party shall be allowed to reproduce any of the contents of siblu village holiday brochure (including photography) without the written permission of Siblu or any other copyright owner.

We would like to draw your attention to the following points: Air conditioning: is available as an optional extra for certain models of mobile home accommodation, enabling you to reduce the temperature to a maximum of 8°C. Swimming pools: T-shirts are not allowed to be worn in the pool. The use of rubber rings and large pool toys may also be refused if in the lifeguards opinion they pose a risk to customers safety. All in one suits may be worn in the swimming pool as long as they respect the security and hygiene rules in place. (swimming suit, burkini, etc). Pets: Siblu holidaymakers cannot bring their pets with them on holiday to the mobile home. However, holiday home owners have the right to have their pets at the holiday home under certain conditions and depending on the race of the animal (animals must be kept on a leash). Smoking is forbidden in the mobile homes. Children’s clubs: The children’s clubs are not childcare facilities. Children remain the responsibility of their parents: their physical presence is required for Club Bubbles; they must stay on the holiday village and remain contactable at all times for Pirate Club and Barracudas.
