Your Account In Your Pocket. Banking. Anywhere. Anytime. The convenience and self sufficiency of online banking is now available on your cell phone or other mobile device. With our Mobile Banking solution, you can securely access your deposit and loan accounts, view your balances and history, initiate routine financial transactions including funds transfers, and pay bills electronically.

Features: • Classic and SmartPhone Views available. • Search “Locations” to see a listing of all branches and ATMs. -- Our mobile solution allows you to view four locations at a time. Click “Next” to view more. • Smartphone users can touch anywhere on the account name or balance to see your transaction history. • Smartphone users can swipe the screen up and down to scroll for more accounts. • Easy to use navigation icons. • It’s possible to be prompted for your personal security questions from a mobile device for an extra layer of protection.

Classic View vs. Smartphone View The Smartphone view offers iPhone or Android users an improved mobile experience. The look and feel varies from a Classic View mobile phone for today’s sophisticated mobile devices. On the Smartphone view, menus appear with icons. Classic view is the view on any mobile device that is not a smartphone. NOTE: Regardless of the make, model or service provider, you can use any mobile phone that is Web-enables and has a wireless connection.

Getting Started

Your Account In Your Pocket. Banking. Anywhere. Anytime. Below are easy step-by-step instructions on how to start using Mobile Banking today!

Step 1: Enrolling Your Phone There are two ways to enroll your phone: (1) self-enroll via your mobile phone or (2) enroll via NetTeller Online Banking. You must already have a FCCB NetTeller ID with an ACTIVE status and are not in the middle of a password test. For a faster setup, we recommend doing Step 1 and 2 both from your desktop/laptop. Step 3-5 are explanations of our mobile banking functions.

Self-Enrollment from your mobile device -------

On your mobile device, navigate to the web and go to www.thebankforme.mobi Enter your NetTeller Online Banking ID and password. The mobile web agreement displays on your phone. Accept terms and conditions by clicking “I Agree.” Click “Next” to continue. Choose whether to receive transfer and payment confirmations via text messages. Enter mobile device number. This does not have to be the same number as the phone being used. -- Select the wireless provider for the phone number. Click “Enroll Now” to complete the self-enrollment. »» Self-enrollment enrolls ALL NetTeller accounts in mobile banking. To change, you need to log in to NetTeller using a desktop/laptop

to make changes to your enrollment text preferences.

Enroll online at www.thebankforme.com ------

From your desktop/laptop computer, go to www.thebankforme.com Log in to NetTeller using your NetTeller Online Banking ID and password. Go to the “Options” tab and select “Mobile Setting.” Under “Web Mobile Settings” check “Enable web access for your mobile device.” Select to receive/not receive text message alerts, enter mobile phone number, select provider, select accounts to access via web and click “Submit.” -- Review the enrollment information and check “I accept these full terms and conditions” and click “Confirm” -- A confirmation screen displays confirming enrollment. If text alerts have been chosen in the previous step, you will receive a confirmation text message that includes the URL to access the Mobile Web

Step 2: Enrolling for Mobile Banking Text Next, you need to enroll for text banking from your desktop/laptop computer at www.thebankforme.com ------

Log in to NetTeller using your NetTeller Online Banking ID and password. Go to the “Options” tab and select “Mobile Setting.” Under “Text Mobile Settings” check “Enable web access for your mobile device.” Enter mobile phone number, select which accounts you want to access via texts. Create “Mobile Short Names” for each selected account. Click “Submit.” »» The “Mobile Short Name” is the name included in the text to request information for a specific account.

-- Review your information and check “I accept these full terms and conditions” and click “Confirm.” -- A confirmation screen will appear providing instructions to complete the enrollment process. -- Text the “Validation Code” provided on the confirmation screen to 89549 to complete the enrollment process »» We recommend saving “89549” as a contact in your mobile phone address book. »» Text this number at any time with the following commands to receive account information.

Extra Features & Functions Your Account In Your Pocket. Banking. Anywhere. Anytime. Step 3: Viewing Transactions Select “My Accounts” from the main menu. -- Summary screen with your Account Balances displays. -- Select “Transactions” from the summary screen for details from the last 15 days.

Step 4: Transferring Funds Make one-time, immediate funds transfers using mobile banking. Select “Transfer” from the main menu. -- Select the account to transfer FROM and the account to transfer TO. Fill in the dollar amount and press “Submit.” -- A confirmation message and number display after the transfer is complete. -- An SMS message will be sent to confirm the transfer.

Step 5: Paying Bills One-time bill payments can be made through mobile banking. The payment date is immediate and will process at the next bill pay processing time (unless entered on a non-processing day or after noon Central Time.) Select “Bill Pay” from the main menu. -----

Select the “Payee” and the account you want to pay the bill from. Enter in the dollars amount and select “Submit.” You can only set up one-time immediate bill payments. A confirmation message displays after the bill payment is complete. An SMS message will be sent to confirm the payment.

Step 1: Initiating ACH Only balanced batches may be initiated through mobile banking. Select “Cash Management” from the main menu. -- Select “Initiate ACH.” -- Select the batch from the batch listings by clicking on its name. Four results display at a time in alphabetical order. -- Click “Next” to display next four results. -- Information about the batch displays. -- Select an “Effective Date.” -- If needed, check the “Reset amount to $0.00” so that batches’ dollar amounts are zeroed out after processing. -- Select “Initiate” and a confirmation screen displays.

Step 2: Initiating Wires Select “Cash Management” from the main menu. ------

Select “Initiate Wire.” The wires list displays. Select a wire by clicking on the wire name. The screen displays four wires at a time alphabetical order. Click “Next” to display next four results. Wire information displays. Enter your wire PIN and click “Transmit.” A confirmation screen displays.
