AGENDA ITEMS   1 and 2. 6.45pm - Meeting opened and called to order by Chairperson. All present welcomed to the 2015 AGM. • Apologies noted • Attendance recorded   3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING • Minutes of previous meeting were circulated prior to meeting • Motion: The minutes of AGM held on 26 March 2014 taken as read and being a true and accurate record of meeting. • Moved: Bill d’Anthes. Seconded: Nicholas Childs. Motion carried.   4. P&C ASSOCIATION’S AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND TREASURER’S REPORT Financial Report for year ending 31 December 2014 was circulated prior to the meeting and tabled at the meeting. Motion: “That the audited annual financial statement and Treasurer’s Report has been read and accepted as a true and accurate representation of the P&C financial position.” Motion carried.

5. ANNUAL REPORTS President’s Annual Report Presented and tabled by Janine Barrett. Motion: “That the President’s report has been read and accepted.” Motion carried. Additional discussion on the successful fundraising in the last year and the additional community benefits through social cohesion. A reiteration of the emphasis on spending the raised funds to directly benefit the current community who donated. A special thank you to Janine Barrett for her efforts toward the Centenary Celebrations. 6. SUB COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORTS Sub Committee Reports were circulated prior to meeting. Presented and tabled. Fundraising Lorna Grear spoke to this report. Band Sub Committee Nic Accaria spoke to this report. There were additional discussions with regard to sponsoring (2) students to attend band and the development of a uniform for the band. Uniform Nic Accaria spoke to this report. Finance Committee Nic Accaria spoke to this report. Canteen Sub Committee Nic Accaria spoke to this report.

This section of the meeting was closed at 6.50pm. Meeting re-opened and chaired by Nic Accaria, acting as Retuning Officer.

7. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS Nic Accaria, as Returning Officer, chaired this section of the meeting. Treasurer Nominated in absentia: Ashley Smith Seconded by: Janine Barrett Election of Treasurer to be discussed / confirmed at general meeting on 4 May 2015. CONFIRMATION OF EXISTING SUB COMMITTEES / ELECTION OF SUB COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVES The following Sub –  Committees are currently constituted • Canteen • Fundraising • Uniform • Band Sub Committee • P&C Representative on the School Finance Committee

Sub Committee Membership for 2015 Fundraising Sub Committee With the addition of: • Liane Langdon • Helen Taylor • Lynne Heskett Role of Convener to be shared amongst members.  

Uniform Sub Committee With the addition of: • Rodna Krstevska • Domino Risch

Canteen Sub –  Committee Janine Barrett moved that this sub committee be placed in recess. Seconded: Bill d’Anthes Motion carried. The potential of a vending machine to replace the canteen was raised. Nic Accaria discussed healthy eating initiatives.   School Finance Committee The new Treasurer to sit on this Committee as the second Parent Representative.

Formation of new Sub Committee Book Club - Processing scholastic book club orders, distributing purchased books to the children and organising Presentation Day book for each child.

Membership, attendance at meetings and involvement in the work of the various committees is open to all in the school community. New members and participants are always welcome. Also discussed; Website Sub Committee - To maintain P&C Website. Resolved to seek help from someone with specialist knowledge from the parent body. The potential for Garden and Art Show committees was discussed and dismissed.

9. MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2015/16 It was resolved there was no need to change the current $2 fee. 10. APPOINTMENT OF ASSOCIATION AUDITOR FOR 2015 Janine Barrett nominated Jessica Wong as the auditor for 2015, as a duly qualified and experienced Accountant. Seconded by: Davinia Hamer. Motion Carried. Ms Wong duly appointed as 2015 auditor of P&C accounts. 4

2014 audit took 4hrs @$50/hr but future audits according to auditor’s recommendations should be 2hrs.

11. There being no further business the 2014 AGM was closed at 7.25pm
