The REGULAR MEETING of the Conneaut Area City Schools Board of Education was held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Administration Office, 400 Mill Street, Conneaut, Ohio 44030. Members Present: Suzanne Bernardini, Diana DiPofi, Mike Kennedy, Cris Newcomb and Joan Norton Members Absent: Others Present: Superintendent Michael Notar, Treasurer Lindsey Elly, Martha Gross, Tim Gross, Mark Todd, Chip Smith and Martha Sorohan. President Suzanne Bernardini called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 05-2015-01
