New and Improved Features Note: To see the latest features after the Administrator has upgraded MindManager Server, users

must clean their browser cache. SharePoint 2013 Integration

MindManager Linker for SharePoint now Supports SharePoint 2013 integration for the following authentication systems: 

NTLM (Windows NT Local area network Manager)



Forms Based Authentication (FBA)



SAML Claims using the Microsoft login endpoint (no custom SAML authentication configurations)

MindManager Linker for SharePoint installer

MindManager Linker for SharePoint now has its own installation files and installs separately from MindManager.

Error refreshing SharePoint task query map part from sub-site when reopening map.

Sending a topic with notes as a SharePoint Task removes the notes in SharePoint.

Known Issues

Known Issues Issue:

Refresh of large set of queries in a map crashes or stalls.

Workaround:

Do not use a large number of queries in a single map. Keep it to about 8 maximum queries per map.

Issue:

Filtered Queries do not show extra columns for custom SharePoint fields in the Topic Properties area.

Workaround:

None

Issue:

Refreshing Queries does not refresh the information in extra custom SharePoint fields.

Workaround:

None.

Issue:

If a topic with an embedded image is sent to a SharePoint task, the image will be removed from the topic.

Workaround:

None

Issue:

The Linker for SharePoint 64-bit version crashes when creating a SharePoint dashboard

Workaround:

Manually create the branches instead of using the Create Dashboard feature.

Issue:

Tasks cannot be edited in the integrated browser when using SharePoint 2013.

Workaround:

Open SharePoint links in external browser for additional editing.
