Introduction

Plansifter SEFAR NYTAL ® PA

Today, SEFAR NYTAL® is the brand name for all products Sefar produces and sells to the milling and food industries. Our products are available as ready-made articles and also as rolled goods for all types of sieving machines. We are able to supply millers with all products from one source for sieving, grading, and dust removal as well as connector sleeves, sieve cleaners and tensioning equipment.

Food compatibility The fabrics of the SEFAR NYTAL® PA and PET range are made from yarns that contain only substances recognized as safe for use with foodstuffs. Relevant guidelines and regulations: FDA Code of Federal Regulations (USA), Food and Drugs, Art. 21, Section 177.1500 for PA, 177.1630 for PET (indirect foodstuff additional material: polymers) Regulation (EU) No 1935/2004 of the Commission dated 27 Oct. 2004 on materials and articles made of plastic and are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of the Commission dated 14 Jan. 2011 on materials and articles made of plastic that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.

Purifiers SEFAR NYTAL® PET

Connector sleeves SEFAR TETEX® MULTI

Connector sleeves from Sefar ensure a permanently secure and flexible coupling between the sifters and the inlet and outlet connections of plansifters, purifiers and cleaning machines. Sefar’s specially developed assembly solution ensures a precise fit on the spout. For this purpose Sefar has developed an elastic band, which is resistant to all known chemical substances presently used in mill fumigation. Since the elastic band is thermally stable, the belt may also be used in the thermal treatment (heat) for pest control. Clamping rings or cable binders are no longer necessary.

Dust filter bags SEFAR TETEX® NF

Sefar produces dust filter bags and filter bags made of high-quality SEFAR TETEX® NF needle felt. Available in the following versions NFI = oil- and water-repellent polyester needle felt NFIA = oil- and water-repellent polyester needle felt, antistatic PET-felt 350 g/m2 for low pressure filters PET-felt 500 g/m2 for high pressure and bag filters Other dimensions can be manufactured to order.

Tension Meter SEFAR® Tensocheck 100

The SEFAR® Tensocheck 100 is an electronic meter for measuring the tension of screen frames. This digital instrument has a wide variety of practical features: Digital display The numbers are on a large and easy-to-read display. Measurement precision Measurements over 30 N/cm are shown in steps of 0.5 N/cm. Measurements below 30 N/cm are shown in increments of 0.2 N/cm. Wide measurement range 3 to 50 N/cm Zero adjustment The meter comes with a zero setting plate.

SEFAR® Tensocheck 100

Measurement units Choosing between N/cm and mm can be done by simply pressing a button. Automatic shut-off After three minutes of inactivity, the system shuts off automatically.

Pneumatic stretching system SEFAR® Pneumapp 2

SEFAR® Pneumapp 2 is a specially developed stretching system resulting from a combination of practical experience and clever engineering. The device has a higher stretching power for improved fabric stretching. Module solution Three different clamp sizes (jaw widths) and the control unit provide a reliable working system which is suitable for all frame sizes and fabrics. The pneumatic connectors are made for easy device reconfiguration.

Pneumatic stretching system SEFAR® Pneumapp 2

Common examples of stretching equipment in milling. The system is based on 3 clamp sizes (jaw width 630, 730 and 1000 mm). Control unit PN 200 The control unit PN200 has a tension capacity up to 28 Newton at about 10 bar air pressure: it allows for simple handling in a compact area and its modular system is upgradeable from one to two frame sizes. In addition, two control units can be combined in dual operation. The indicated solutions are possible variants. Please give us your frame dimensions (L x W x H), the material (wood, aluminum or metal) and the system (1- or 2-frame system). We would be pleased to offer you the best solution.

Fabric adhesive SEFAR NYTAL® Quicktal – Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Sefar Quicktal is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive with a separate accelerator. Application instructions: Frame preparation The surface that comes into contact with the adhesive and mesh should be processed as follows: Metal and aluminum frames should be roughened beforehand (for best result sandblasting should be used and then degreased with acetone) Wooden frames should be sanded (the wood must be dry and dust-free) Minor glue residue need not be removed if the frame surface is smooth

Caution Prior to gluing please consult the safety data sheet Use only in well-ventilated areas Avoid direct skin and eye contact Adhesion mesh The mesh must cover and make contact with the entire mounting surface Apply the adhesive through the mesh onto the surface. A thin strip is enough, even with wide frames. Spray the accelerator over the applied adhesive at a distance of 20-30 cm from the surface. Short spray intervals are best. During spraying make sure that the mesh has uniform contact with the frame.

Quicktal adhesives are FDA compliant with the ‘Code of Federal Regulations (CFR Part 21)’
