Welcome Welcome to the Glynhill hotel, and thank you for considering us for whatever you have planned this festive period! The family-run Glynhill hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of Glasgow with excellent motorway links only 200 yards away providing easy access to Glasgow Airport (under five minutes) and Glasgow city (under ten minutes). We have 145 bedrooms, including our fabulous brand new Boutique Rooms, available at discounted rates throughout December. Included in any overnight stay at the Glynhill is complimentary access to our leisure club, with spa treatments available at an additional cost (must be pre-booked) to help you relax before dancing the night away. Over £1 million has been invested in improving and upgrading the hotel’s facilities. The refurbishment of over 45 bedrooms, converting them into new, modern, chic accommodation is just part of the renovation completed in 2016. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
Guests attending functions and / or staying overnight at the Hotel
k Non-refundable deposit required within 7 days of booking.
Bedrooms: k Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including bedrooms. Non compliance £100 fine. k For the safety and comfort of all our guests, no parties may be held in any of the guest bedrooms. k Non-residents are not allowed on the bedroom floors. k No food or drink to be brought into the hotel or guest will be asked to leave. Only food & drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises. k No drinks are allowed to be taken up from our bars or function suites to guest bedrooms. k Only food or drink ordered via the hotel’s room service menu is allowed in guest bedrooms. k The management are under strict orders not to allow any “home delivery order, such as pizzas “entry into the hotel for consumption in guest bedrooms. k Anyone damaging any aspect of Hotel Property including guest accommodation will be charged for replacing item or criminal/civil proceedings will be actively pursued.
