Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial To help accelerate the growth of women-owned businesses, Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women is a national competition and leadership program that connects a select group of highpotential women entrepreneurs with the advisors, resources and insights they need to scale their businesses. Launched in 2008, the program merges Ernst & Young’s long-standing support of entrepreneurs worldwide with our award-winning commitment to inclusiveness and the advancement of women. Beginning with the annual Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum®, we provide immediate opportunities for these entrepreneurs to expand their professional relationships and accelerate the growth of their promising enterprises. The Forum presents a one-of-a-kind platform for Entrepreneurial Winning Women to introduce their corporate and personal brands and position their companies with established entrepreneurs, top executives, business advisors and prospective investors who can guide their decision-making and contribute to their success.
