Something a Little Less Formal

Hog Roast Option 1 – Hog Roast Rolls £9.95 + vat per guest A hog roast buffet of the detailed menu to only include the hog roast, bread rolls, a selection of condiments and accompanying items for a minimum of 80 guests. This price is based on the preparations, delivery and service of the stated menu, a dedicated kitchen team for preparation and service and service ware.

Option 2 – Two course Hog Roast

£16.95 + vat per guest

A two course hog roast buffet to include the above menu of a hog roast, accompaniments, a selection of three side items and two dessert options. This price includes all preparation, delivery and service of the stated menu, a dedicated McBaile kitchen team and service ware.

Bowl Food From £14.50 per person based on 2 option choices per course (based on min 80 guests) Also good as an evening food option from £10.50 per person per course (based on 80 guests) Mix and match dishes to experience a world of flavours. These are best served by waiting staff in a ‘canapé style’ with a selection also laid out on a buffet table. These can create a less formal environment as they can be held in one hand and eaten whilst your guests stand and chat.
