6. Link to labour market Content of our MBA studies was carefuly designed according to demands of labour market in Central Europe. Most of employers in Poland and Czech Republic require at least minimum practical experience and know-how from students leaving universities. Many university absolvents usualy remain unemployed due to lack of experience and skills. Companies refuse to invest time and money to teach universities absolvents basic skills and rather employ more experienced staff. As far as our MBA program is designed with aim to provide students with real and actual knowledge and skills, students are much better equiped and prepared to cope with requirements of corporate and state organisations and compete successfuly against other applicants for the same working position during hiring prosess. Students also learn how to create and manage own companies which might be also alternative for those with enterpreneurship approach. As such, we believe to be valuable partner for those of your students, who want to succeed in labour market, well equiped with knowledge from university and supported with skills trained by us.

8. Reference We are very proud to present small selection of recommendations from our students:

The reson why I decided to join prestigious management training program MBA executive , organized by Society for management and leadership, is content of the study, positive feedback from other students, lenght of the study program and very good price. However, the most important reason is focus on link between theory and practice, coaching workshops focused on acquiring skills and dialog. I also appreciate very professional approach of management of this organisation. In my life I follow the philosophy of "change is a possibility" and "GREAT THINGS can be done ONLY IF you are surrounded by educated, creative and positive people." Having passed through couple of interatcive workshops, I am absolutely sure my decision to joint this programm was correct. Lectors are positive, creative, full of energy and I have chance to apply new knowledge and skills on various situations I have to face in my daily work as well as personal life. And this is exactly what I expected from such programm. Ing. Oldřich Bubák, well known writter, photographer, traveller (the first Czech who passed North and South Pole on foot)

I highly recommend MBA studies at SPML. I know most of discussed topics from my long years of practice, but I have to admit that most of these themes I am learning to see from a different perspectives. For example I learn to do things in the right order. I will try to implement all knowledge to my business practice as quickly as possible. Teaching is conducted in a friendly spirit. Also students are selected appropriately, I feel there very well. The introduced theory is always added with examples from practice. Trainers are experts in their fields and they have many years of experience. It assures me that I chose the right company providing MBA programm. I believe I will finish my study successfully and my business will be more successful in the future. Ing. Richard Bělohubý, AG25 s.r.o., Managing Director

17

I have started to attend the MBA program that organizes SPML. Workshops and studying from recommended literature is chosen for students very well. The lectures are very interesting and the professors have a long-year experience in business and they are willing to discuss any issues coming from our practise. In the past I worked in a big international company and then abroad. At the present I work as an interpreter and an English lector. I had a fortune to use all my knowledge from the office and abroad especially in Business English. But this year I have decided to return to the business. Studying will encourage my attends and I will also get more confidence. I feel that I am on the right place with the right people. Helena Vitková, Private language school, owner

I realy appreciate chance to be part of this program. It helps me to realize how to manage effectively my own company and what do I have to change to be successful. I like very friendly and creative atmosphere, space for dialog and sharing experience, supported by very professional approach of teachers, who have deep knowledge and needed skills with topics, and are ready to share their know-how. I expected link between theory and practice and this is exactly what I get. I am looking forward to next workshops. Martin Kratochvíl, Sniford s.r.o, Managing Director

We are ready to provide you with contacts to our students so you can hear their latest experience with our MBA programm.
